Why haven't all these people taken legal action or gone on 60 minutes television program?

Judging from all the recent reviews, Westpac Insurance appears to be on a consistent downward trend that breaches the Insurance Code of Practice.. Legal action anyone? 60 minutes? Current Affairs? I am inspired by the current Commissure scandal..

I have no problem with being a part of a media expose of Westpac Insurance's poor service and have indicated to their Disputes Resolution Manager that a media article or 60 Minutes style review, similar to the expose on the disgusting medical claim denials from Commonwealth Bank insurance is highly likely given all these complaints on the web. The response from the Resolutions Manager to my issues is filed with my review and it will make for interesting cross examination on TV. In the end they rely on the fact they are meeting their ridiculously protracted response time frames as declared in the General Code of Practice provisions as proof of "adequate" service. What they don't admit is the process of having your claim dealt with by anyone who answers the phone ( if they do answer the phone at all) is utter crap, and leads to frustration and repeated discussions with many insurance claim officers. I never ever spoke to or received an email from my NOMINATED claims officer...They do not meet the 10 day email action timeframes, they do not call you back......what a mismanaged farce.

That's easy; Do you want to go with the grief of things ? Solicitors, courts etc....As their solicitors will defend them to the teeth; And as with Media well nothing will be achieved it would just go on and on with out any justice; These corporations are controlled by senseless heartless greedy beings; But if someone out there who has money and time I'm sure the fear with these corporation companies will start to jump; Check out CEO'S and Boards no one checks there backgrounds; And I recommend looking at all corporations in our wonderful country that is being torn apart; They are also controlling the Governments; Money is there God as God is there Money; We are there sheeple and Cattle; We are herded and rounded up; Do our children's children have a safe future ? Governed by greed

I am interested to know your outcome? Our experience is that Westpac Assessors comes with the intention to wash their hands of all of these claims.
