3 repairs in 12 months on both my surfer S1 and scuba S1 pro. Now my surfer S1 will not charge again, and I'm told it only has a 12 month warranty.… Read more

They are offering a discount to upgrade as the only option. I will be seeking legal advice. Do not touch them. They are not fit for purpose.

I purchased an Aiper Seagull Pro Lite for $899.99 in January 2024. After approximately two and a half years, the unit developed a major fault. One… Read more

propeller stopped operating and the cleaner now starts and stops several times before shutting down with a red warning light.

I followed Aiper’s troubleshooting instructions, including checking and cleaning the propeller and motor shaft, but the problem remained.

Unfortunately, the customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. During my dealings with Aiper’s voice support team, I understood that I would receive a one-time full replacement. Aiper later advised me in writing that this was not an official commitment and refused the replacement.

I escalated the matter and raised my rights under Australian Consumer Law. Aiper has continued to refuse my requested replacement and has directed me towards its out-of-warranty service. I have now lodged the matter with NSW Fair Trading.

For a robotic pool cleaner costing almost $900, I expected significantly better durability and after-sales support. I have spent considerable time troubleshooting the product, making calls, sending emails and escalating the matter.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase another Aiper product and cannot recommend their after-sales service.

I will update this review if Aiper resolves the matter satisfactorily.

Failed twice and then drama with the warranty. Had to push them to make good on their product. Shame I had to do that to but in the end they repaired… Read more

it at their cost. More than most would do. So, 4 stars for doing the right thing, 1 star off given it fails so often

Worked great for just over 2 years then the gears for the cleaning rollers started to make noise like they were not engaging. Upon inspection you… Read more

could see the wheel hub that fits over the axles had worn to such an extent that the wheels cambered over so much as to disengage from the drive gears. This is being used in a small salt water chlorinated pool - just once a week. Looked at getting a new set of wheels, but not available. Have now made a warranty claim as product was just out of 2 year warranty. This product is not fit for long term use.

get a refund now. Aiper customer care is very badly named, customer and care should not be in the same sentence. All i can say people is Avoid like the plague. I rarely complain but really it feels like a pyramid scheme exchanging faulty goods for cash.

The real shame is that i couldnt give zero stars The robot hasn't worked once since i purcahsed it, they intentionally delayed the repair and… Read more

feedback and forced me past the 30 days so they didnt have to refund it.

- It occassionally floats to "skim" the surface however the issue is that it bobs up and down (video for evidence) and doesnt actually clean. the constant up and down motion sees it push floating debris around the pool for a few hours and not clean anything - It will often get stuck at the skimmer box either in wall mode or sometimes in skimmer mode and then throw an error, every pool has a skimmer box it makes no sense that it cant handle the simplicity of this - It throws constant errors sometimes only a few minutes into a clean (image attached for evidence) - It wont connect to the app after they changed something in the app, so all bluetooth and wifi function no longer works. - They oversold the principal of wifi notification because once its below the pool line, there is no notification, the only notification i seem to get on a regular basis is "error" this one seems to be something it can notify me of. The nofitication system and function of this device has been so poor that i didnt know the robot notified about job completion until i watched a video recently, and i didnt know that because the robot hasnt managed to finisha clean to trigger the "end cleaning notification" - I had the device replaced but then had the same issues, so this is evidence that the robot itself just isnt a good product, its not a one off issue nor a basis manufactoring flaw, its a fundamental failure of the product line. - The battery life is poor, but its also hard to judge, i mean it run for 20 minutes, crashes or runs into an error and then three days later (because i didnt get any notificaitons) i remember it was doing a cleaning cycle and there it is at the bottom fo the pool dead flat.... - There is one good feature that worked everytime, "the dock return" i promise you, every single time it run a clean, it will return to the most annoying, far reaching part of the pool, at the complete opposite end of the pool making it impossible to retrieve without going for a swim. Mine never actually finished a cycle but i assume if it had an error it would "return to dock" or in this case, return to the deepest dark depths of the pool for annoying retrieval.

I think if this company was selling 20 pound paper wieghts in the shape of a pool cleaner, they could clean up quite well (punn intended) but unfortunately the only cleaning this robot has done for me, is clean out my bank account.

Purchased an Aiper Ni in December 2024. I was disappointed from the start as my pool never seemed clean. Sand was not picked up. In March the battery… Read more

failed and the unit was replaced. The second machine didn't clean at all and I noticed the sides of the pool were very dirty and sand not collected. I stood and watched the N1 only to find that it cleaned the same section of wall over and over and nowhere else. Fortunately Pool and Spa warehouse allowed me to return the N1 and refunded my money. I have gone back to a robotic cleaner.
