occasions, I have been left on hold for an extraordinary amount of time, with no explanation and no improvement over time. This isn’t a one‑off issue — it’s a recurring pattern that shows a serious lack of resourcing or care for customers who simply need assistance.
A bank should be able to answer calls within a reasonable timeframe. Instead, ME Bank’s wait times are consistently excessive and unacceptable. It’s frustrating, unprofessional, and far below the standard expected from a financial institution entrusted with people’s money.
I have raised this issue formally, but the fact that it keeps happening speaks volumes. ME Bank needs to urgently address its customer service operations, because right now, it is failing its customers.

numerous phone calls being on hold for over 2 hrs each call, and this continued for over 3 weeks. Lodged 3-4 official complaints and refered to BOQ , and they escalated for them to contact me . Still nothing contact BOQ again told nothing they could do . Need to take it off hardship and restructure the loan . At a complete loss how to deal with this company they are so frustrating a complete joke . Will ring again tomorrow hopefully dont get disconnected again after being on hold fir 2 hrs 20 . to discharge from their bank and they are making me wait 28 days. they are happy to increase our interest rates as soon as they can but 28 days to discharge. App is crap, always crashes.

and need to take it back or my credit limit will be suspended. I always pay back on time and have never been ask to take back those few extra bucks which would be spent soon anyway. We talking about credit card, yes?! Today I got another SMS warning me that my credit card limit is going to be suspended in July, month from now, and my credit card cancelled mid August. And, sure enough, to repay all outstanding rates before they close my account. Seriously?? First, I couldn't believe then I thought: must be a spam, fake, fraud whatever but not for real. Of course I called ME customer service and was waiting over 40 minutes before I hang up. Later afternoon, same day, I call again and waited well over 20 minutes before I got a nice lady to talk to. When I explained my concerns she assured me that it was true, my credit card is about to be permanently closed. When I asked what would be the reason as I know I did nothing wrong she bluntly replied: we are closing all Frank cards and I can't tell you details because we haven't been told. Still in shock, I asked why I haven't got an email or where on their website customers can read details she answered even more mysteriously: I'll lodge your complaint in writing to my boss... I don't think anyone needs my explanation why I'm now leaving ME bank and closing all of my accounts with them

The best – Lost my job indefinitely due to the virus ME bank has bent over backwards and gone beyond what I expected to help me out . Would never deal with any other financial institution...They are the best !!!
