Couldn't Be Happier! – This was gifted to me by family for the birth of my twins and I couldn't be more stoked! This buggy is amazing. Incredibly lightweight, easy to fold… Read more

up and can drive over nearly everything (I've been on sand, grass, concrete and mud with the buggy).

You can also get lots of accessories for the Mountain Buggy range - I got the Cocoons (to use until 6mo or until they can sit up in the buggy) which detach from the buggy and I've moved sleeping babies countless times with it. I also have the cupholder which is a great addition if you are doing the groceries to put your phone or shopping list in.

Really slim, it fits through a standard door frame! Easy to wheel up the hallway from the nursery to front door instead of carrying bubs all the way from one end of the house to another.

Good storage underneath, can fit a nappy bag, bag of groceries, personal items and more.

Do not buy – After two years, this thing has fallen apart. It needs to be constantly cleaned, and the seats don't sit straight. The tyres are bald, and the parts are expensive to replace. I do not recommend this stroller.

Model 2017 - good pram – This is my first pram for my first child and I bought the mountain buggy swift second hand. I chose this pram because it’s not sold at an outrageous… Read more

price point like other pram brands, it’s compact enough, easy to manoeuvre and versatile. I am pretty happy with it. I like the option of the carrycot plus which allows to have a parent facing seat until bub is ready to face the other way. The only problem is : the first model of the carrycot plus is poorly designed. The canopy is too short and does not do well in terms of sun protection. On top of that there is nothing to keep it in place so you spend your time readjusting it which is really painful. They fixed that issue with the second model however it’s not compatible with our pram model. Then it has quite a sporty look so if you have a stroll with other friends who own a bugaboo, a Joolz or a Nuna you look cheap haha I personally don’t care but it’s worth noting for those who do. Lastly the carrycot is quite small so I am not sure it would be big enough for an average to bigger size baby. Our daughter is petite (5th percentile) and she swapped the bassinet for the parent facing seat when she was 3 months.

Buy a bugaboo instead – Look for a different brand. My Mountain Buggy needed new wheel bearings which is a $20 part. Without them the pram doesn’t push properly. I contacted… Read more

Mountain Buggy who advised it is impossible to buy these bearings in Australia. It seems to be a proprietary part so my pram is now unusable because they won’t support their product.

I also own a Bugaboo Donkey Duo. It is a better pram in every single way. It is so much better quality and well designed. I have had some very minor issues which Bugaboo have dealt with immediately and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Really disappointed repeat customer – I first bought a mountain buggy nearly 15 years ago, it was the most fabulous pram - well made, thoughtful design and still looked good and was in… Read more

great condition after more than 5 years of heavy use with multiple kids. I loved it so much that when we went back to having a baby in the house it was the one product I insisted we buy again.

It's hard to describe my disappointment with the product I've bought this time. It is poorly made, doesn't fit together properly, the material used is poor quality and the whole pram feels rickety instead of robust. The new fold down mechanism requires two hands to achieve and has already jammed my fingers. I've only had the pram 4 months and not used it anywhere but concrete and it already has lost a piece from it.

In terms of comfort for a baby. The straps have hard edged plastic parts which can't be moved away from the surface of the baby. It has meant I've had to buy extra padding to provide protection.

Ok product, FALSE ADVERTISING and terrible customer service – I have reached out to Phil &Ted, father company to Mountain Buggy several times and was ghosted by a customer service representative after pointing… Read more

out that their misleading advertisements on their car seat adaptor TS22 that lead me to purchase a non-refundable $300 Graco car seat to go with my Mountain Buggy Cosmopolitan. They advertise that this adaptor goes with the Groca Snugride but what they don't say is it only works with Snugride models no longer on the market: "Graco Snugride Car Seat Adaptor for Cosmopolitan. Attach your Graco SnugRide car seat to the cosmopolitan stroller using TS 22, creating a travel system for your baby.". They were happy to provide me the names of old models it works for after I purchased it and discovered it didn't fit. No wonder they always have the adaptor on sale.

Phil&Ted are now refusing to engage in acknowledging this and support me with a solution given that I have now spent money on an adaptor and car seat that I cannot use with the stroller I have. This goes against the Federal Trade Commission in the US and the Competition Bureau in Canada, not to mention has now cost a single mom hundreds of dollars. Finally, they do not provide any direct contact other than email, which they have conveniently ignored. It's one thing to realize a mistake in advertising that mislead customers but it is another. Terrible customer service isn't worth their products.

UPDATE* Mountain Buggy was quick to remove my reviews and posts on their social media and also took down their Ts22 product, yet can't respond to me as an affected customer.

Love this for piece of mind – I love this for winter, it’s a really good piece of mind for mums to know that bubs are warm enough while being able to go out and about. It’s so easy to put on the pram, you can unzip the top of it gets too warm or fold it down.  Show details

Wonderful product! A real life and space saver! – We were gifted the MB Pod for our second born on a return trip back to OZ. We weren't sure how this would be received by our 9 month old who had… Read more

limited patience with the high chairs she had tried earlier. She was perfectly happy with the Pod! As frequent guests at the grandparents' and friends' places, we could take the Pod along (albeit a bit heavier and bulkier than first assumed) and attach it to any dining table or kitchen bench. This thing is wonderful and easily stands as one of the best baby gifts we have ever received.

Great Practical pram – This is great pram! Easy to push, very good quality. It is very heavy and the seats don’t come up as straight as I would like them to, they are the only two things I could fault on it!
