Like any other air fryer, it is quick and efficient; and I love the glass "basket" etc. The main thing I hate is the restriction of the set-in temps… Read more

and times. Not everybody cooks those things. It would make so much more sense to enable setting in a "favourite". Then I would be able to teach my husband to use it for himself, and he would need to push only one button. As it is, I have to do it for him every time because the temp and time require adjusting every single time. Absolute pain. I wish I had known that before buying.

OK For Price – Works well for price tho cleaning is an issue -being so small the walls get pretty grotty very quickly. Also first oven tray I have ever seen that rusts - with normal use.

interrupted- so switched stove off ( before it boiled) and left pot with water in it- next morning the pot was unusable- rusty and tarnished- have never seen anything like it ( even with cheap pots) will return to place of purchase. My biggest issue is what if I had cooked the food and not noticed the pot until after we had consumed the crap that came out of the pot.

Used to be great – Have used these for over 10 years. The latest one I bought 20 March 2023. The glass bowl was extremely thin, chipped very easily and ended up with a… Read more

crackling comes out perfect every time. We use it all the time, it’s really brilliant. Easy to clean too. The only issue is that the handle has cracked but it doesn’t affect the use in any way.

want to boil my food. Have had slow cookers all my adult life, was a shift worker and found them fabulous for cooking while I was asleep. This is the first one I have had an issue with, certainly could not leave this one unattended.

Great Mixer – My husband a retired baker was interested in buying a stand mix and didn’t want to spend a lot of money . Looking on the internet we found one at… Read more

Harry’s Scarfe with 1200 w with lots of good reviews. In the shop hubby decided to buy the red 800 w Smith + Noble Planetary retro stand Mixer because it could handle 1 kg flour, what the 1200 w could not, also it was sturdier and the price difference was only $ 20. Hubby tried it this morning and was very happy with the performance. The 1kg flour was easy handelt, did not move on the bench top, attachments are easy to removed and put on. Only the lid is a little harder to remove. A great stand mixer that does the job for a small price. Definitely 5 stars from us.

We bought it on special at Harris Scarfe for $119

warranty. I used an unbranded portable oven for 3 years before I purchase this without any issues .I thought a well known brand sold by a well respected company like Harris Scarfe would be better than an unbranded product and decided to purchase this unit . It is unfortunate to note that both the SMITH & NOBEL brand and Harris Scarfe have failed to live up to customers' expectations and being a loyal customer of HS I am really disappointed on customer service

decent cookware – good quality non-stick surface and extremely hardy pieces. handles can get quite hot but with proper care taken that’s not a problem. no warping in the body throughout use and easy to clean.

Dangerous – Instructions said to cover deep fryer with lid, after doing so with correct level of oil in the fryer, oil came up under lid, spilt & sprayed all over bench top.

Hot water poured down my arm and onto the floor – I've used steamers before and they all seem to have problems or only last a few months, but none were as bad as this. I'd read one bad review and… Read more

one good review about this on the store website I purchased it from. I read the instructions before use and was using it correctly. I used it in the bathroom with the clothes hanging on the bathroom door. The three seperate times I used it hot water poured out of the steamer where the electrical cord comes out near the base of the unit, down my arm and on to the floor. It was all over the sleeve and down the front of the t-shirt I was wearing - not the garment I was steaming. After attempting to steam the front of one garment, the handle became too hot to hold, and hot water came out of the lock switch onto my hand. I put it on the bench before I got scalded and saw that the bathroom floor and cabinets were all covered in water - see photos. How did it do on the clothes I was attempting to steam? Not well. I tried a fine cotton skirt - 2/10, a viscose cotton blend jacket, 3/10, and a fine viscose top that was barely creased - 5/10. I'm not using it again as it's not safe and will take it back for a refund.

Smith noble coffee gridner – The grinder was used in our holiday house. It lasted over 2 years but was only used about 50 times. The gears on the coffee capture cup with the blades has chipped and thus the grinder no longer spins the blades. Poor design buy something else.

replaced it with a new one, but again, the basket doesn’t slide in nicely, and the touch control panel is not responding properly. I often have to press the start button 4 or 5 times. The non stick coating is already coming off the rack in the bottom (within 2 months!) It does cook well, that’s why I gave it 2 stars rather than one.

Good set of knives – Unfortunately a knife broke and the store was not prepared to give me a replacement as it was not deemed faulty. I thought customer service unhelpful so will not be shopping there anymore. I would have paid for another knife to go with set.  Show details

once the cup screwed in. Unlike this blender which has an on off switch on the back, a blend, extra blend and pulse button giving you control of when you want it to blend or not with having out to pick it up. The bullet often leaker like a sprinkler where as this does not. It has suction cups securing it to the table. This blender cost me a total of fifty dollars and looks good.

Like other reviewers said, the seal sucked itself into the cup and was shredded so I measured the seal trench in the cup base. It measures with a bore Diameter of 90mm and a Thickness of 6mm. the same as a nutritbullet. So I bought four bullet seals and they fit this perfectly. A blender of this power would go for 200 - 300 dollars
