long relationship with Youi. What really pissed me about them (and the other four big-name companies, too) is their greed. After the first year with having a comprehensive car insurance with them, they sent me an email advising that both the monthly premium and the excess fees were going up, and the car value - you guessed it! - had gone down. I asked them for the resons of such genius decision of theirs, and they said something along the line "it is a natural cost adjustment in line with the yearly inflation rate". Sounds like BS to me as ALL car insurance companies in germany, for example, LOWER your insurance costs after each year of no-accident driving. Are you telling me that there is no inflation in Europe?.. Pathetic policy, pathetic company.

provides alternative ways to make payment if auto-renew isn’t available. Youi requires a PHONE CALL. For someone with anxiety and ADHD, that process alone can be incredibly distressing.

After days of building myself up to finally make the call, the very first thing that happened was being placed on hold which immediately sent my anxiety through the roof. Then I was simply told “too late.”

Too late? After communication had already been sent and ignored?

Never again, Youi.

The entire process has been unnecessarily stressful, inaccessible and exhausting, and now I’m forced to start all over again because nobody actually listened or responded in the first place.

some online and then they rang me. The phone call process took forever. I could have done it in less time online. I just wanted a quick answer. The process put me off. I ended up finding a cheaper quote with RACV

Whilst Jim was extremely helpful on the phone, Youi will not cover our home business of a motor mechanic. So essentially, Youi is useless to me.

Still waiting for a call back from the sales person. Been a week. Had to speak to the underwriter and that the last I heard. Guess they don't want the business.
