working hard as ever and doing a terrific job every time. The drawers are especially useful as I have mobility issues most days due to an old injury, so we mostly use just the upper compartment.

The upper drawer stopped draining a few months ago but the diagnosis was easy as was the solution - a replacement pump directly from Fisher and Paykel, far less expensive than a new dishwasher or even a service person, and so easy to install: just take out the racks, lift the sprayer arm out, and swap the pump underneath. The rubber propeller under the old pump had some blades sheared off! The new pump made it work again as good as new.

If I could make a complaint it is only about the space inside sometimes being difficult to accommodate very large plates or items, but nobody needs plates that large anyway!

persons household, usage for general dishes only as stainless steel pots & Crystal always done by hand. Unit was installed by Fisher & Paykel team in Feb 2024. From onset the inside always has pooled water on inside rim which was brushed off as condensation & told to use longer cycle however none of the cycles dried the interior & have to constantly wipe inside rim & drain cups etc on a tea towel. Just one week after 12 months expiry the circuitry went & luckily as good will gesture it was replaced free of charge as they found the component design to be faulty & upgraded it with new unit. As an Interior Designer my experience is there are better dishwasher at a much cheaper price however if its "Designer Look " then this model achieves that.

timer stuck on '1 min remaining' for 30+ mins. Dishes are dirty, wet and cold. No error codes, spray arms clear, filters clean. After researching I found this is a documented failure pattern; identical heating element and control board failures between 3-5 years. I've contacted them and their response is DISAPPOINTING. Failed to respond after a written complaint, when I called, they stressed that this is out of their goodwill so they will send a technician out more than a week away. I asked if I could arrange for a technician on my own to expedite, obviously they said nope. A dishwasher failing at its core function after 4 years is not acceptable quality. Save yourself the headache, we are now left to buy another dishwasher (we rang a tech and they said don't bother, it'll cost too much to fix). Bosch - here we come.

I looked at reviews of a lot of dishwashers and even though the dishdrawer was not recommended by many review companies, I loved the convenience of it so I splashed out and spent over two grand for a new dishdrawer. That was nearly 8 months ago, and I’ve gotta say I’m not a fan. The modern dishdrawer seems to be a lot flimsier, more plastic than metal. The cycles take much longer and at the end of a cycle I can’t say my dishes are always clean. The base of the dishwasher is designed poorly so any item that slightly protrudes interferes with the spinning wash spray arm. So countless washes have to be redone after trying to re-distribute items so they don’t interfere with the flimsy spray arm. The next problem is that for the last month or so there has been a flashing red fault light on the display for the bottom dish drawer. And yet nowhere in the documents that came with the dishwasher or in my attempts to communicate with an online Chatbot, can I get an explanation as to what that flashing symbol means. Once upon a time the instruction manual that came with the dishwasher would clearly indicate what each fault means. But not any more it seems. Instead the dishwasher is bizarrely connected to Wi-Fi for no good reason. And yet communicating via QR code to an AI Chatbot to get information and do some troubleshooting is next level infuriating. (Why can’t that wifi connection communicate the information?) Even if you include all the relevant information about the make and model (which for some st^pid reason is not written anywhere on the dishwasher but only in the documents that came with it if you bothered to keep them), the troubleshooting suggestions they provide seem to be for different models. And yes, despite doing all the troubleshooting recommended, that unexplained flashing warning symbol persists . These AI chatbots seem to be designed to infuriate rather than assist with anything.

This has been a great upgrade. I love the slide out cutlery tray - my dishwasher in my old house has that and I'd been waiting to get a new one specifically for that This one also has the cutlery basket if you prefer that. I really like the flexible layout, you can adjust the racks to accommodate large pots, plates and glasses. I am pretty lax on the pre-rinse before loading but the dishes come out clean everytime on the standard 60 min setting. When the wash cycle is done the machine stays open to remove steam.

Really happy with this machine - the price was a lot more economical than other models and it looks great.

doesn’t clean the dishes or the cutlery at all. Even after several washes. I’ve had it 5 months it cost over $2500. And I won’t use it any more. I cannot believe how bad it is. I might as well spit on the dishes it would clean them better.

order more parts to fix my appliance. I usually get F and P- really disappointing and I will think twice again about getting anything else from them. Trying to get onto someone from the company, is really hard also.
