uncomfortable. You can feel where it drops off the sofa base, which ends up being in your mid to lower back, depending on how tall you are. The end of the bed tapers off at an angle, so your feet are lower than the rest of your body, not to mention the fact that you're sleeping on the floor, which is no good for anyone other than children. Build quality is underwhelming. Assembly was an absolute pain. All this for a premium price. I cant recommend this product at all. Delivery service to central West NSW cost an arm and leg and return shipping isn't included in the 120 day trial, so if we choose to return it, which we likely will, we'll be down around $600.

Not sure how it gets such high reviews, but my advice is to stay away from this product. Our $150 air bed is more comfortable than this sofa bed and I certainly won't be subjecting guests to it.

This order took months. When it finally arrived it was dumped at my door in multiple boxes. It is flimsy and consists of individual pieces that don't connect so they move and separate easily. it is uncomfortable and not worth the price. Avoid. Show details

aren’t sitting on top of each other, which makes it feel much more comfortable and relaxed. The cushions are comfortable without feeling too soft, and the sofa itself feels sturdy and well made. It also looks beautiful in the space, the style is modern, clean, and really elevated the room. The biggest selling point for me though was the washable fabric covers. As someone with pets and children, being able to remove and wash the covers makes such a difference and gives a lot of peace of mind. They are nice and big and comfortable to lie on.

My biggest complaint is there is not enough back support, the back cushions really need to be much firmer. It’s impossible it sit upright on these lounges - you slouch and the angle of the lounge encourages this - it angles down from front to back rather than being level.

I’ve noticed my parents struggle to get out of it when they get visit - probably because it’s low and with the angle of the cushions as well.
