back from someone. The SAME THING happened on the call back, i sat in a long queue for a long time. What is the point?? I never got to speak to anyone, and so sent a msg on the facebook site and got nowhere too. Now im ringing another company that can answer the phone and send emails. I would hate to be making a claim with comminsure if they are this hard to get onto.

is a PI as well & for very cheap rates for me. My friend has also been following all of you around as well my friend knows everything about you all. Even though my claim has settled (29th May 2026) they are still stalking me because I've made it hard for them & I don't back down! They even tried to get local council make me pull down a boarder on nature strip that back fired on them in 2025 & tried again with boarder on 30th June, getting neighbors to complain about it again, which Ihave cctvfootage. I have alot of pictures, dash cam, cctv & a PI that had been resilient. I have been wearing a spying cam when I'm out in community & have enough evidence now. policy. There was an issue with transferring the funds from Voyage/MLC due to addresses being mixed up but in early June we were informed that the policy was renewed til Feb 2027 so informed clients and went about our business. Them 23 July they cancelled policy, dated email same date and emailed to our office on 2nd September 2026, 6 weeks after the policy was cancelled. Then it gets worse, they have lost the voice recording that I based my advice to client on. DO NOT US THIS COMPANY because if I , a support staff member cannot get it sorted out what chance has a public member got!! And now it seems that they are not answering our phone calls!!

(doubled over 2 years, and now after having been with them for 15 years have declined to cover an issue that I've had for the past 25, with their knowledge and that has been assessed as not being a problem that will require any intervention nor has ever caused me a moments day off work. Don't waste your money.
