sadly went un-noticed by me. When contacted they claimed they had not received cancellation notice or phone call to cancel - wrong. When challenged as to how they could keep drawing when credit card had expired the short answer is they could - my point being other organisations will send you a notification that your credit card is going to expire so you should update - apparently not Shannons.

Long-story-short, I need to send proof of disposal to them for a bike I sold over two years ago and they "may consider a partial refund". Do you think I can find PoD, sadly not.

As far as I am concerned they are thieves and will not see one cent more of my money.

what they like to their so called reports. Not only this they’re very rude people no level of understanding and care for what their customer is going through. Aami needs to get hire better employees cause at this rate no individual who has gone through the claim process will ever be their customer and will make sure to spread the word.
