sessions then first week of tutoring I had money withdrawn out of my account I asked why then they said you have pay for the first 4 session to redeem the two free sessions.
They did not disclose that information so anyway I carried on then after I had paid an additional 4 sessions on top of my up front payment they started taken more money out so I had to call my bank to cancel payments. Rude people over the ph no one would listen kept getting the around the way answers n nothing resolved.
Absolute waste of time and money worst thing was my daughter constantly had different tutors so the learning wasn’t the greatest.
I have a much better referral for others use Preply or Superprof and thank me later much better service at fraction of the price no scamming company using trickery to scam a buck out of you. I’d say I lost around $700 on this stupid company. Don’t do the same

that first chord, played by me, with my own hands on the keyboard, and realised that it was actually the first chord of the song I love... THAT feeling was unbelievable!
But that’s just a personal result. The experience of learning with Zac is what allowed me to get there. He not only has extensive knowledge of music and singing -he is so professional- but he also shares the learning process with you step by step, in a very personalised way, while having fun and making the whole thing enjoyable.
Thanks Zac!

not conduct all the sessions as promised. When classes were cancelled, It was to adjust or accommodate those missed classes but they will ask you renew the service to adjust the classes bez random policy change. Don't fall in those marketing trap.
The customer service experience has been extremely frustrating. They are quick to contact you for marketing and sales, but when you have an issue or need support, it is nearly impossible to get a response. Calls and concerns often go unanswered.
Another major issue is the frequent class disconnections during live sessions, which disrupt learning and waste valuable class time. Despite raising these concerns multiple times, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution.
My advice to other parents: Do not pay for a large package in advance. Make sure you are comfortable with their service quality and support before committing financially.
Overall, poor customer support, unresolved technical issues, and concerns around prepaid classes have made this a very disappointing experience.

My girl is really enjoying their leaderboard (the leaderboard is based on the active time not the marks to encourage self-learning) and she has been motivated to complete weekly tasks.
Plus, I've noticed they removed attempt limits in their tests and deeply appreciate that my girl can now attempt the tests as many times as she wants.

While spending the morning there my husband and I noticed how warm and friendly the staff were and watched how they interacted with the children in such a dedicated and caring manner. The facility was well-organised and filled with a variety of learning and playing materials. We loved the structure of the facility as it catered for indoor and outdoor activities with a balance of creativity, fun and social skills. It was a joy to watch Our little grandson participate in all the events that were organised for the day and to watch him grow and learn. What stood out the most was the way the teachers engaged with each child individually. They noticed the little things- wether it was an exciting moment or a moment when the child needed reassurance and we watched them interact with genuine care. Kidzville Early Learning Center has given our family peace of mind, knowing our grandson is cared for and provided with a balance of gentle guidance and encouragement that is helping him grow and learn.

is how simple and practical the content is. The ebooks and printable activities are easy to use and don’t require a lot of setup, which is helpful when you’re managing young kids. There’s a good mix of bedtime stories, learning activities, and creative worksheets that feel designed for everyday use rather than something overly complicated.
The pricing is also quite reasonable, so it doesn’t feel like a big risk trying out different resources. It’s especially useful if you want quick, ready-to-use content without spending too much.
On the downside, the website itself could be a bit more polished. Navigation isn’t always smooth, and it can take a little time to find specific content.
Overall, it’s a useful platform for parents looking for simple and affordable learning materials for kids. Not perfect, but it does the job well enough for daily use.

experience was a nightmare. Behind the slick marketing is a toxic system that cares more about protecting its reputation and profits than the well-being of children or families.
The staff turnover was relentless. My child was passed from one educator to another with zero continuity. This constant upheaval damages children’s emotional security and shows a shocking lack of respect for families.
Communication? Non-existent or full of evasive, meaningless statements. When serious concerns were raised, the response was corporate spin and deflection not honesty or accountability. They act like they’re running a cartel, not caring for vulnerable kids.
The centre was clearly understaffed, especially during crucial times like outdoor play and room changes. I saw first hand how this compromised safety. Bathrooms and play areas were dirty and neglected basic standards not met.
Affinity Education’s so-called “policies” on inclusion and care are nothing but empty words. What I experienced was a culture of avoidance, denial, and dumping the burden of fighting for your child’s rights on exhausted parents.
If you value your child’s safety and emotional wellbeing, stay far away. Affinity will let you down again and again and then try to sweep it under the rug.

display — after paying, the dashboard kept showing "trial - cancelled" instead of confirming the subscription was active, so repeated renewal attempts each triggered a new charge rather than showing as successful. No email or in-app notification was ever sent to indicate multiple accounts/subscriptions existed.
The owner did respond after I raised the issue, acknowledged the subscription-status display "could have been clearer," but only offered to refund $66 — treating the remaining $354 as payment for "six months of access" I never requested, wasn't notified about, and didn't consent to. We use the service for one child; there was never a need for six months or six accounts.
Still awaiting a fair resolution. Would recommend avoiding until this billing/status display issue is properly fixed — and be very careful attempting to renew a subscription that shows as expired, as it may already be active

with reputable and established Tutor centers (e.g. University Tutors - TuTR4u - Tutor Finder). Tutor Field started in the same manner - However, they changed in order to make $ by simpling supplying a potential lead (not guaranteed to be genuine) and then, also in the event of a person keento become a student. Basically, a money making website as they do nothing for tutors really. Below is the email in reply to becoming a tutor at Tutors Field: quote:
Hi
We charge a one-off $25 per student. Students can chat with you using our website prior to booking their first lesson. When they are ready to lock in the first lesson with you they just need to pay a one-off $25 booking fee through our website. Once that is done, they can contact you directly.
If you charge $40 per lesson, as the student has already paid $25 to our platform, they just need to pay you the remaining $15 in person.
Hope it helps.
Thanks
