The online materials were excellent and the video's gave us breaks from the reading and was great to hear from real people in the industry talking about the good, the bad and the really difficult. Spending time in the classroom with Esther was invaluable. Esther was knowledgeable, relaxed and really helped us understand the transferable skills we have to bring to the industry as we took on the new material. want to proceed within the cooling off we get an "immediate refund" (their words). Aaron Sansoni is still refusing to pay the refund despite acknowledging it. They the went ahead and charged us for the program ongoing.

Sansoni has acknowledged the debt but will only honour it if we sign a deed with confidentiality and non disparagement clauses (which is why their rating is so high).

We only trialled the program but we didn't proceed because it didn't look like it offered much. It's expensive but it might be for some people. If you're relying on the cooling off to try before you buy - be cautious. It's a hard no based on our experience.

I enrolled in the Master Practitioner of Life Coaching and NLP Practitioner Course with TLCC because I wanted to experience a face-to-face NLP Practitioner Training Curriculum and gain a deeper understanding of Neuro-Linguistic Programming through practical learning and application. Throughout this training, I learned and experienced a vast amount of valuable information. The curriculum was exceptionally well designed and logically structured. The trainer delivered the content in a way that made even complex concepts easy to understand by breaking them down into detailed, step-by-step procedures.
