fobbed off with a generic email. Dedicated IP was then disconnected from my account and I reached out again, fobbed off again. I then wanted to cancel my subscription but guess what? There is no where to cancel your subscription and only an option to stop the auto renew. Cant take off billing as its connected to a subscription. THIS IS MY REVEIW I THOUGHT OF SHARING HERE OF THE KEEPSOLID VPN UNLIMITED ON MY DEVICE(s) I. I prefer KeepSolid VPN Unlimited Optimised Wise TCP connection running in the background on my phone because the games I toggle this option to have VPN “on” helps me win matches, win battles, win free for alls and even win sabotage drills. One tiny bit to this VPN thingy i gots to explain here: “I got to toggle it back “off” whenever trying access updating my iOS device firmware to the latest new update. It’s just that this VPN Unlimited gives the option to enjoy smoother gaming without lags rather then having to wait for matches to connect and connections problems losing because your aiming didn’t catchup. Whatever lags this VPN Unlimited can fix it, joining a match in Bullet Echo with this VPN on is much better, will help you win more game rewards.”

After showing my subscriptions with my bank transactions of date, time and amounts got nothing. Absolute rubbish response and 0 accountability. stream, "Error 008" and "Media Playback Issues" messages from Kayo. Quality of stream is also very poor and pixelated. Bandwidth was still fine at 70mbs. Requested that if they could not provide the main service they advertise to Australians overseas (Kayo streaming), do not charge me until you can provide it reliably. Continued to be charged and given the, "we are not sure why it is not working, we will investigate the issue", when I asked when I could expect resolution to the issue, an answer was not provided. If you are looking to watch Kayo overseas, fine a different VPN until these guys sort the product out.

Disgusting pathetic liars. New owners purchased the company, didn't do their due diligence, and SCREWED existing customers. Just disgusting, almost certainly criminal behaviour.
