Hi,l bought your garment steamer a while ago,it has been so good to use. However the other day it died on me,l read that parts cannot be replaced. I was wondering how l can buy a new one ?

I’ve had this product now for a couple years. Not sure if the warranty has expired. I love this iron but all of a sudden the iron is not heating up. Can you tell why this may be the case. Kind regards Deb.
I bought this item but never used it. Finalybd tried today I set it up but I had no instructions in the box Filled the tank turned non to max and whilst the iron heats I can’t get steam to come out Anyone know what I am doing wrong It just makes noise but nothing
Hi Ann, I am so sorry to hear about your experience with this product! For a copy of the manual, please contact our after sales support team on 1300 112 534. In terms of using this product as a steamer, we recommend you try the following steps:
Connection: With the steam control set to the "Off" position and the steam self-lock button released, plug the power plug into an appropriate electrical outlet: the power light illuminates red, indicating that the power is supplied. Switching on: Turn the steam control knob to the desired position: the soleplate starts heating up and the power light turns blue.
Steaming or steam-ironing: Wait until the red temperature light on top of then handle turns off, then press and the steam trigger button. For continuous steam emission through the holes in the soleplate, pull the button towards you to engage the steam self-lock. Dry-ironing: Wait until the temperature light turns off, then start ironing. Burst-of-steam ironing: Press and hold the steam trigger button for 3 seconds for a burst of steam, then release it for 10 seconds, then repeat this cycle.
In terms of troubleshooting this issue, there are a number of steps that could be taken. First, ensure that there is enough water in the tank. Turn the steam control knob to a higher position, and if the lack of steam is caused by limescale, please descale the appliance (the instructions can be found in the manual).

Can I use coles or Woolworths spring water without damaging the iron
I absolutely loved my Stirling 2in1 iron and garment steamer but after 11months the iron would not heat up anymore. I rang up as the iron was still under warranty. I asked for a replacement but was told non were available and they would refund the $80, I was still disappointed as I would have preferred a replacement. Looking at other reviews I would suggest Stirling (manufacturers) look into this heating problem as I think it is giving ALDI a bad name.
I purchased the 2-in-1 steam iron and garment steam station with ironing board some while ago. Unfortunately I have lost the instructions for use and would appreciate a copy if you are able to supply it. Thank you Margaret.
Return it to the place of purchase. It's a good iron but it doesn't seem to last too long. Hope U kept your receipt
just opened my 2 in 1 steam iron. no instructions isnt very hot wont iron a T shirt wont steam how do I use it cant download instructions going back to my old iron not happy.
What is the output of the Sterling black edition 2 in 1 steamer? please.
I've just purchased the Stirling black edition 2-in-1 steam iron & Garment Steamer and was taken aback to find the plate was half the size of a normal iron! Is this meant to be a regular iron or a mini version? Does this mean that ironing will take twice as long? I refer, particularly to shirts and bed linen.
Love the machine ,didn't get hot any more after a month, return to Aldi and they did gave me my money back, awsone customer service. They had one left and now this one is leaking water. Still keep it because it is a awesome iron. Bad thing is the customer service of Stirling. Just can get them on the phone
