Where I can find part for this fridge?
I bought a French door fridge, from rat a problem with delivery, now water continually leaking under fridge, the manual is useless, the crisper froze, defrosted that, still leaking, tempo staff are kind and courteous more than I can say from r the company that was going to send a technician in the wrong field or don’t understand customer service down right rude. A four month old fridge and already problems.
Water is coming out from below the fridge, the crisper was icing up, I sorted that out but the water is still coming out below the fridge, looked at the manual doesn’t help.

My space is 85cm wide. With the fridge width being 79cm, I'm concerned the doors might not open effectively / bump into the side walls. Would anyone like to enlighten me on the total width when the doors are open? Thank you so much!
Hi Bel, For this fridge, we recommend having a space of at least 50 mm between the fridge and the side walls so that the doors can open properly (see page 11 of the manual here - https://stirlingappliances.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/STR-H419WFF-STIRLING-419-L-French-Door-Fridge-with-Water-Dispenser-IM-V1.1.pdf ). How do I remove the packaging from underneath the base. Concerned it might be too heavy to tip to one side. Model STR-H419WFF.
When ours was delivered the delivery drivers removed the box as it was tight fit through the door
Ours didn't. I had to remove all packaging and push it through the entrance, corridor, lift and into the unit. The base is still intact.
Fridge now installed but the water dispenser does not dispense water. The lever does not reach the base of the dispenser outlet. Is there a part missing? The only "technical advice" from Aldi is to return the fridge which should not be necessary. I can't seem to attach a pic or video in this forum.
Can I store a 2 or 3 litre bottle of milk somewhere so that it is standing upright. Will one or two store in the door?

No it is not

I am getting the error E4 and I think the fridge is not holding temperature. What is E4 and what are my next steps? I bought it about 2 years ago
I googled and got the below from an online manual - this is for the french door fridge with water dispenser tho...i havent had any eerir codes yet on my fridge (touch wood. Fingers x'd)...you might have to ring customer service. Error code

I would like one of those Sterling French door fridges from Aldi. I missed out when they were on sale so I am wondering if they will on again in the near future.
Be careful what you wish for. I got a lemon. Waited 2 months for a refund and I have to get rid of the dud fridge! The experience has frustrated me. I could write a book about it!

The reason I wanted this fridge is that it would fit in the space I have in the laundry and that it looks very much like the LG fridge I have in the kitchen. The layout of the LG fridge is fantastically convenient and I was hoping this would be as good. I have also had good luck with two other Stirling appliances (a small top mount fridge and a clothes dryer).

Is anyone else experiencing problems with the fridge? After only 3 weeks I discovered that the fridge compartment was freezing all my food and liquids. I did all the usual checks of turning off for a while, changing the temperature and finally had to contact the Support desk. Engineer came out, first fridge of this type he'd seen, ordered a new control board. Finally arrived and fitted, the problem is exactly the same.

Mine is working great, very happy with it.
It's so frustrating. I've been using a small spare bar fridge for over 2 weeks which is in a separate part of the house. Not sure what to expect from the Support desk when I ring when they open at 9 am.
Bought the fridge in August. Took over two weeks for delivery. Is anybody else have trouble with temperature of the fridge compartment? I am getting readings of 11 degrees when it is set to 2 degrees. Not really cold at all. Has anyone else had experience with what to expect from aldi customer service when I want this matter attended to?
I cancelled my order because of the constant postponement of delivery dates. Received a refund a week later. Then, Lo and behold, I received a call advising me that he had the fridge ready to deliver. I advised him that I had cancelled the order. What this says is that this experiment has been an ALDI fail. Others have had problems with service from big ticket ALDI items. My advice stands; ALDI are out of their depth here. Appliances Online were so much better. Ordered on Friday, delivered on Tuesday and fridge connected and old fridge removed for free. And a good price too
