Microwave is a year old and now having a smell of burnt wires. Did anyone else experience this smell after using it?
Hi Kkk, I am so sorry to hear about your experience with this product. To isolate the issue, have you tried plugging other device into the microwave's powerpoint? This will help you determine if the burning smell is coming from the microwave itself or from the receptacle that provides power to it.

We have had this microwave oven since 2019, having bought it hoping to install on our boat but it proved to large. It remained unpacked in its carton until yesterday, when we set it up as a secondary oven in the house kitchen. On performing the initial "heating of the empty appliance" step at page 26 of the User Manual we found that the internal black plastic trim panel had melted and bubbled over an area of around 9 cms. As the oven cooled the melted plastic again hardened, preventing the door from closing properly. It also pulled a little bit of the plastic coating off the metal door sealing strip. I have managed to trim the melted plastic deposit from the door frame and the worst of the bubbled deposits from the plastic trim of the door itself, so the door again latches shut, although there are several wholes in the trim where the largest bubbles were. Has anybody else had this problem?
