Thanks Also error 1 what’s that about?!
My sterling10kg has er69 showing. All displays still work and time counts down for cycle selected but machine is not working . What is the meaning of error code 69
My machine is very slow to fill with water
I have sterling 10kg top loader, it is just under 3 years old, it has developed a EA error on the spin cycle. We have been told to buy another washing machine as no one is prepared to repair washing machines anymore. However I feel a washing machine should last longer than 3 years.
Who can repair my Stirling washing machine out of warranty please
Hi, I have had this washing machine for just over 2 years. It is making a clunking noice when it is cycling. Anybody else have this issue? Cheers
How tall is the washing machine?
Anybody have any issues with how the washing come out smelling after full wash.
Put your machine through a self clean cycle, hottest water choice, no detergent. Read the owners manual. Properly clean any mould off the door seal, with bleach.
I can try that , but the washing machine was only couple days old when this was happening. Brand new and almost every wash came out smelling like dirty Sox.
I'd love to know if that actually solves the problem for you because I'm looking to buy this in the upcoming Aldi special buys. If it still smells like old socks after getting rid of the weird factory smells then you'll save me a lot of money! Also I bet they'd accept a return :)
Hi , I only run the washing with cold water and cold water wash . That worked for me and I haven't had smelly washing since.
I only use cold water, and my clothes have always come out clean, and It's also cheaper using the cold wash
I have a Sterling 10kg front loader. It gets used 2-3 times a week.Touchwood, I've had no issues with it. Washes the clothes really well. Only 'issue' I have is because I only use the Quick cycle, the spin speed is only 800, so I change that to 1200. A friend of mine has a top loader, and it's still going strong after 11yrs. Another friend of mine has had her front loader for about 12yrs and is still going strong. I also have a 10kg clothes dryer. Have had no issues with that either Touchwood. Dries really well. I recommend both products.
The symbols for type of wash ie wool or normal. What do the symbols represent? What symbol represents " nornal" wash? The symbols aren't explained in the manual???
Read the manual, especially the table of what the different cycles do. Should become obvious.
Having issues with water pouring out of the section where the washing liquid goes. Is there a way to fix it..?
Check your manual. Unclick the detergent drawer via the blue catch, check for anything foreign blocking the drain path from that chamber.
Hi I bought the Aldi Stirling 10kg washing machine in June 2021 and it has made an electrical smell and won't turn on. Do I try to return it through Aldi or Stirling?
Where can I find the serial number please
Did you find where it was located? Also trying to find it
My filter keeps filling with water and and needs emptying after every wash How do I stop this I have only had this machine 3 weeks
Hi Cliff, I am so sorry to hear about your experience with this product! I would recommend checking that your drain hose is connected properly and is not kinked. If this does not help, I would suggest contacting our after sales support team at external link or on 1300 112 534 (Monday to Saturday 8:30am – 6pm), who can walk you through some troubleshooting options (if applicable), or arrange a service for this machine.
If there is anything else we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to ask!

Hi I bought the 10kg Front Load Washing Machine with Wi-Fi Function on 14 November 2021 and have just had it installed in my new laundry. 1. I cannot connect the Wi Fi 2. No water goes into the machine. I have had the plumber check the water connection - no problem. I have logged a warranty claim with tempo.org but is there any thing I can do to try and make it work? I downloaded the manual and: Water tap is not closed Water is not frozen The machine is brand new but I removed the blue filter - still no water flow There are no stoppages in my area either.
Hello I've had this machine for a few months and it worked beautifully. Having two little ones and a husband who works in the dairy industry, I use the machine daily and treat it like life depends on it (it sort of does ;-) ). I put a load in yesterday only to hear a very deep clunk on spinning, immediately switched the machine off, searched for any foreign objects, done all trouble shooting as per instruction manual, Cleaned filters etc. Turning the drum manually I can hear the noise which is definitely not metal on metal, definitely nothing rolling around. I can locate it to the top part of the machine towards the front. I inspected the drum with a torch and cannot see anything.
I've contacted the number provided, but I was wondering if there's anything else I can do in the meantime.
Thank you for your time, highly appreciate this service.
Julia
We are having the same problem and the call Centre is closed. Did you get it repaired?
Hi Melanie, we ended up getting a replacement sent to us within a fortnight as it was still under warranty and the issue was nothing caused by our doing. I'd suggest if you still have the warranty form, contact the supplier. They had asked us to email through a short video of what seems to be the problem and everything went from there. Great service to be honest. Good luck
how come the clothes and towels still come out wet, i have to respin them all the time. Is there a way to fix this?
Hi did you find out a way to fix this? I am having the same issue

Did you get this sorted Tony? I have the same problem and have logged a call with tempo.org
Everytime I wash I have to use a short cycle so I can change the spin to 14 otherwise everything is still soaking wet, I do this to wash a blanket aswell but it will not spin out 1 blanket which is not even heavy duty. This product should be recalled and refunds issued.
Hi I also had the same problem tempo said the drain plug ..which it wasn't they then told me drain pump and sent me for $75 a new drain pump for a totally different machine .tempo have been not helpful at all for a refund even after 2mths I'm still getting nowhere
Read the manual. It shows you that the default spin speeds are mostly 800 rpm. Either simply push the spin button a couple of times to increase that, like you’ve been doing, or choose the Cotton cycle, which takes ages. No biggie.
Our machine is only 1 wash old and it jumps like crazy and make really high pitched sounds.. not happy with my purchase.
Have you tried reducing the weight of your dry load? These type of machines work better with smaller loads.
Did you remove the transport screws?
Yeap. Delivery screws were the problem.. happy with my machine now
