VerifiedMPNs: STR-FLW80C and STR-FLW80WHi I went to start my machine display light will not stay on had a look at trouble shooting there is nothing about this can you please help
Hi Narelle,
Kindly send a video demonstrating the fault to info@tempo.org so we can better assess it.

Placed 2 wet towels (under 8kg) on spin cycle. Spin cycle so slow towels very wet.
As like majority of the other questions posted. Error code U4 yes I know it means the door isn’t shut properly, however IT IS. It is also locked and will not open. I can’t get to this string everyone is saying to pull because I’ve stuffed my back. How do I get my clothes out of the machine to wash them? There is NOTHING impeding the door of the machine and it was closed correctly and properly. Reading the other questions it would appear that the issue is faulty sensors being installed during the manufacturing process and as such, the onus is on Aldi to repair, replace or refund in a reasonable amount of time. This is called the consumer guarantee and exists with or without a warranty. Consumer Law is there to protect the consumer against faulty products and surely with this many people having the same issue over several+ years one would think that the issue would have been resolved during the manufacturing process.
Hi Michelle K, We do apologize for the inconvenience. Please send your details together with the proof of purchase to info@tempo.org so we can create a case for a warranty claim. For urgent assistance, you may also contact us at 1300 886 649 and one of our call centre representatives will assist you.

Tempo
Thanks Aldi. Already done, however the 2 days waiting for the repairer to contact me has turned into 4. I’ll be calling Tempi tonight.
Where is the access to the filter that catches lint, coins and loose buttons?
It's okay. I found it. :)
what doesE01 mean
Hi Anne-Marie C, E01 Means "No Water". The solutions are as follows: • Ensure the tap is open. • Check the water inlet valve filter and ensure it is clean, unblocked and undamaged. • Ensure the drain hose is properly fitted. • Check for a water stoppage in your area.

Where can I download user manual for this washing machine?
Hi i brought a sterling washing machine and when I did my washing when it got the the spin it was very loud and was moving very badly as well it was like it was running away can you tell me how to stop it from doing that
Hi Paula, If your machine is experiencing a lot of movement during the spin cycle, please ensure you have removed the four transit bolts from the back of the housing, then cover the holes with the transit hole caps provided. If you have already done this, we suggest adjusting the levelling feet and ensuring the machine is on a solid, level floor. A concrete floor is the most suitable installation surface for a washing machine, being far less prone to vibration during the spin cycle than wooden floorboards or a carpeted surface.

Hi, I bought this product today and as noted in the manual I did the drum clean before the first use. However, I went to Woolies and when I came back to check the display was black and water was still left inside. I tried turning the knob but nothing happens. Doesn’t turn on or off. No display.
Ive had nothing but problems with the one I brought a few days ago too! Will be returning and steering clear of another aldi washing machine!
Hi Carolina and Erica, I am so sorry to hear about your experiences with this product! I would recommend contacting our after sales support centre at external link or on 1300 112 534 (Monday to Saturday, 8:30am – 6pm) for assistance.
If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
Kind regards, Tempo
Is it normal for a 2 day old machine to need repair? See accompanying review.
Took said washing machine home 17th July. Needed to call the service hotline before end of first wash on the 17th July. Washing machine is a dud
