Try info@veloura.com or ++44 800 652 0138. I think it's unlikely that you'll get your money back, due to "the small print, so get your Bank to block any further withdrawal 's from your account.

I suggest you cancel your card with the bank. Even if you get into someone from the company you won’t get your money back. Tell your bank it’s an unauthorized transaction.

We too have been charged £79.99 and £89.99 for two useless creams. Unfortunately we have no paperwork with email address or phone number to cancel and are worried about further charges. Can anyone help?

+44 800 652 0138. I would advise you to get in touch with your bank and have a block put on any further withdrawal's from your account. Hope this helps, good luck

How can I cancel tried the Web page and can't access the app I'm a pensioner and can't afford to have money taken out of my account?

I did manage to cancel my account, online, (which I was not aware that I had opened - thought I was paying for the postage for a free sample ), but I also contaced my Bank, and they have put a block on this company taking any more payments from my Bank account, as they took £89.99 !, without my knowledge, until I received my Bank statement. I'm A pensioner too, and have learned a very expensive lesson !!. Every good wish that you get it sorted.

Hi you need to contact your bank and ask them to block payments. Tell them you’ve tried unsuccessfully to contact the seller and you do not authorise any payments for future products.
