The temperature seems to be out by about 3 degrees lately. Is there a way to fix this?

I haven't had this problem personally but I suggest ringing the customer care line. They were really helpful with another issue I had and even sent out a replacement monitor.

Hello

We have an AC1100 and are thinking of buying another one for our second baby. Are the parent unit and camera of AC1120 model essentially the same as of the AC1100 (bar the sensory movement pad) or are they different altogether and cannot be interchanged if need be?

Hi Olena You would be pretty much correct in saying that the units are essentially the same, with the exception of the sensor pads on the AC1100 of course. However, in saying that, each Angelcare monitor has its own individual integrated system and will therefore not work as one with another monitor.

Which is the best type of tripod holder for the weight and flexibility or is it better to have one that fixes to the wall?

Hi Paul,

We don't necessarily have a brand of tripod that we recommend but any one that has a standard mounting thread and flexible stand should work quite well.
