Angelcare AC417 Questions & Answers

My Ac417 monitor has stopped working a free 1 year ...a replacement Ac417 monitor is out of stock and has been unavailable for quite some time now.....is there a different parent model that will work with my system that is actually available to purchase?

The buttons for the volume have stopped working. Is their a quick fix for this ?

Hello, we got the ac417-p and this was our first night with it, at first it would constantly alarm even though we tried turning up sensitivity etc. Then I noticed from readin instruction manual that the lad is not connected, so I followed the steps to get it connected, step one is to turn off both devices and step 2 is go go into settings (even though step one says turn off the unit haha) go to pairing icon and click add sensor when prompt with symbol, no symbol shows up, so I Then turned the camera back on and now the camera does not connect to the parent unit when both are fully charged and all that. So after a few frustrating hours everything with the model stopped working and I cannot find anywhere online or in the PDF instructions on how to reconnect everything besides the user manual that came with it but that just led to more issues, any help?
