Can you still buy the filter replacements for the INO-8CS model? If so, where please?

Hi. I have just taken my water tank apart and knocked round plug and spring out. How do I replace it please. a Are there only the two parts, the spring and silicon inverted cap? Thanks

I have just brought one and wanting to know how long it takes to filter the water through and its tad noisy?

Hi Sarah,

Well it's been some time since I have use mine due to moving around.. From memory, it settled down after 24hrs.. it still maintained some noise but it wasn't that noisy more like dull hum.. hope that helps

Hi, I've just had this water filter for more than a year. I've just changed the water filter. It's now releasing hot water. I gather this means I should take it somewhere to be repaired?

Bought my cooler yesterday and when I got up this morning noticed quite a bit of water on the outside of my cooler. Quite a lot of water on my bench.

Is this normal. Have made sure the I ring is on properly. Just wondering of this is normal. Never had this problem with the sunbeam brita.

Hi Tania, in short no this is not normal and I am sorry to hear you have had this problem. My is still going strong and has never leaked. I am sure that you have dismantled and put it back together again and tested it failing that I suggest that you return it and get a replacement and ensure all parts are in the box..best of luck

I'm thinking of getting a chilled water cooler and saw your review - originally was thinking about the Brita/Sunbeam ones but have heard horrible stories of them dying after 1 year... would love to hear your experiences with this one!

Just wanted to know a couple of things about the chiller...

How is it going for you now? Have you had any problems?

Also, is it noisy when it chills water (can you hear a fan or a fridge-humm sound or something)

Is it difficult to get replacement cartridges, can you use a different brand or are you stuck to just the ones the company manufactures?

Hi, my desktop cooler is still going strong and I just love it, highly recommend this product...no problems thus far, it has slight hum when chilling but loud enough to be annoying, replacement cartridges are easy to find and there is other brands cartridges that you can use..
