We had the bottom falling off when opening the airfryer with hot oil spilling on our legs. Can we get a replacement bottom part?

Does anyone know how to change the temp settings from F to C?
If all else fails, read the instruction manual. Switching Temperature Units: Press and hold both TEMP UP and TEMP DOWN for 1 second to change between Celsius and Fahrenheit units. The air fryer will beep once.

Hi Mr Eckers,
Thank you for your interest in the Auspure product. You can wash both baskets using dishwasher or with any types of non-scratch sponge.

Thanks for the reply. I'm unsure whether to go with this or the Philips.
Hi, I'm thinking very hard about buying the Auspure - but read somewhere that it is quite noisy. Can anyone confirm or deny this for me? A noisy machine would be a deal breaker for me. Thank you very much, Katie.
I can confirm it is a bit noisy, though not that bad. I havent had the oportunity of comparing the noise to other air fryers. Overall we are happy with it for the price. One thing we have had a problem with is the screws in the lower basket come loose and one went missing, though this is being taken care of under warranty ( hopefully soon )
Thank you, Lynette - I’m tossing up between this and the Instant Vortex Plus, but this had a higher grading in the 10 Best Air Fryers list, plus - for my needs - I’d prefer the wattage of this one. A few people have made a wee video in their reviews, and it does sound very loud - so it’s good that you say the noise isn’t too bad. Thanks for mentioning the screws - a few others have done so too. Hmm! Lots to think about…
The noise coming from it is no more than any other appliance. Just make sure it has sufficient space to breathe from the back when it going. Works a treat love mine
Thanks Nichola - I ordered one last night, so it was good to have your reassuring view! I'll make sure it has plenty of space...
I was shocked and very disappointed to learn the Airfyer doesn't even come with ONE (what Auspure call accessory), I think it would it would be a necessity to include at least a chip basket, and then perhaps if you wanted to then get the accessories you could.

Has anyone had a warranty claim with the air fryer? I’ve had the screws fall out within 6 months!! Never put it in the dishwasher. Sent the company an email. The reply was less than ideal - stating they don’t have the screws but have offered me 1/2 price off another basket!! It’s still in warranty and an integral part of the air fryer working YET they want me to pay?? No no no this is just wrong. Any one else experience this type of poor customer service response on a warranty item??
Hi Tammy, Thank you for purchasing from Auspure Australia, and please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. This issue was merely the result of a misunderstanding. As an Australian company, customer satisfaction is our top priority, so we've already sent you a new outer basket for free. We’ll do our best to meet your expectations.

Is the air fryer basket stainless steel?
Hi Mee, I can’t say what it’s made of exactly. I can tell you it has a really nice no stick surface in the basket. I also bought some of those baking paper liners from eBay, I don’t use them every time but they help with cleaning as well.
Hi Mee, Thank you for your question. All baskets have a nonstick coating made with aluminum metal. They are also PFOA-free and BPA-free.

Is this air fryer capable of and well suited to the purpose of dehydrating fresh garden leafy herbs or ginger etc thoroughly without cooking them? Maximim temp needs to be below 90 C so that the herbs stay potent. Thank you.
Hi Linnie, Thank you so much for your question, of course, you can do it but the main purpose of our air fryer is not the dehydrating fresh garden leafy herbs. The Auspure Air Fryer uses 360 air circulation technology to create crispy and delicious food using little-to-no oil. This air fryer lets you save up to 85% fewer calories than using a traditional deep fryer. It is user-friendly designed, featuring single-touch controls, nonstick baskets with safe operation.

Thank you.. I understand what an air fryer actually is but some brands make mention of the dehydration option and I want to use it for this purpose as well as for some of the other options that people buy it for.. What I'd lIke to know is whether this particular model does include a dehydrator function which is set below 90C, as above that the herbs are denatured. Thank you.
Hi Linnie, Oh, I see what you mean, our Air Fryer-5.5L does not have dehydrating option. Wish you all the best!
Kindest regards, Auspure Australia Team
Thank you for clarifying that for me. :).
Hi Linnie, Thank you once again, we are happy that the issue is clarified. Have a good life!
