scooper is not retracting far enough in baccarat ice maker.. tries a number of times and jams. sometimes work itself out but usually not
I have a Baccarat air fryer and the control panel has gone inwards!!!! Can’t use to cook at all? Can I fix this myself?? I think it would only just be out of warranty unfortunately!

I've checked the manual there's nothing. I can't remove the power unit without removing the spindle.
The manual says to remove it for cleaning, but nothing on how to remove it.
I had the same problem. It would move a little if I pulled it without twisting it, so I kept pushing and pulling it and eventually I was able to detach it.

We have the 9L Air Fryer and it’s fantastic but when we use the times in the booklet it comes with we always burn our food. Eg. We cooked a 2.5kg chicken in it. The booklet says to put it on 200 degrees Celsius for 50 mins for a 2kg chicken so we thought we’d start there (we just pushed the chicken button). We checked it at 38 mins in and it was completely black on top and mostly cooked through. That’s so quick for such a large chicken!! We had to take all the skin off which was a shame because we’d basted it.
Does anyone know if they typically run hotter than the book suggests? Any tips?? Should we reduce time or heat or both?
Hi, can't read temperature or time on my new 9 litre air fryer, newly purchased. I have stuck on the label that had come with the air fryer after peeling the sticker off the control panel. However, all I can see is 188 all the time. Can someone help me?
Have an air fryer xl, using the basket for chips it stops rotating after about 5 minutes. if I stop the machine and start it again it rotates again but only for about 5 minutes. What am I doing wrong. Thanks in advance
Greg, I had a positive experience with Baccarat customer service. Send them an email. If it’s under warranty they might replace it or give you a refund and send you a prepaid post to return the faulty product to them. If not, maybe they can advise you what to do.
Anyone else having an issue with the non-stick leaving black marks everywhere.. its like its smudging everything black.. my hands.. towels etc

I bought the ultimate Fry XL air fryer and oven. Tried the air fryer cage with chips in it but every now and then the rotisserie thingy falls out of the side sockets. It seems too short. What am I doing wrong or where can I see what to do?
