Hi my ice try broke down after replacing it with a new one new ice that comes sticking to the other cubes. Looks like the new ice that comes is not completely frozen. How can I fix it?
Apparently the new trays hold less water, and make smaller cubes so you have to reprogram the freezer to fill less water into the tray. A quick google gives you more info on this
What is the proper temperature for the freezer?
We set ours at -15c any lower and things in freezer like ice cream get rock hard and impossible to cut without defrosting. This temp keeps anything frozen while not over doing it.
We had ours at -19c degrees
The ice maker is in the correct mode and stopped making ice?
Check the back of the tray and make sure there is no back up of ice or it will stop
There is an ICON that looks like an Ice cube on the right hand side of display in the middle. Hold finger on this ice cube button for 3 seconds to turn on and off.

How do I fix the red error exclamation mark?
Mine went away when I set it on a cooler setting.
How long does it take to make ice? I’ve had plugged in for four hours
First time probably about 6 to 8 hours, shorter period after that. Has to wait for freezer to get down to temp so ice can be made.
I brought this fridge brand new and only had running for 3-4 months. Got the water plumbed in 1 week ago, water dispenser works perfectly. The Ice Dispenser however still won't produce ANY ice. I have read the manual and done what is required, still nothing. Any ideas?
Only thing I can think of is you may something in the ice tray towards the back - it has a censor so if there is anything in its way it doesn't produce any ice. I had this trouble when I first bought the fridge. Hope this helps
Hi there, I also had an issue at first with my ice machine not producing ice. After phoning BEKO customer service, and they were extremely helpful, I had a service guy come out and have a look at the unit. He replaced the Ice maker as there was an issue with the sensor. Also when plumbing in for the very 1st time, I found out that it was important to have had the ice maker turned to the ON position when running the water through for the first 5 litres. Just received beko fridge yesterday was working fine and haven't used it at all ... before I went out to dinner noticed things on the display screen with flashing and there was a red! Which obviously means an error somewhere. Looked in the book and doesn't really have anything about how to fix this error. Does anyone have any ideas?
Best thing I can suggest is to switch it off. Reset your freezer temp and fridge temp. Make sure it is perfectly level and that the water flow is working to your cold water and the icemaker is switched on. Search Beko online for a comprehensive help advisory service.

We just did it ourselves it was pretty straight forward but if you can't do it yourself yes you need a plumber and a water point if you don't already have one
Yes it does need plumbing but if you have a water point or a sink/tap nearby you should be able to do it yourself.
Yes either a hanyman or plumber if unsure of your own skills. I would hire a plumber just to be sure of leaks and the water pressure required for the cold water dispensor.

Contact the company you purchased it from. Beko will try to force you to deal with them (and will be very difficult to deal with) but by Consumer Law, the company you purchased it from need to have it checked or repaired at no cost to you. If you are unsure, contact the Department of Fair Trading. They are very helpful.
Hi , not familiar with that particular model, but with ours you can switch the ice maker on or off by pressing a combination of buttons on the panel. Check the instruction manual for your model for the appropriate combination. It might be switched off.
what space do you need to fit the Fridge into a wall space and how far out does it need to come out?
Hi, the fridge is , Height: 1800mm, Width: 840mm, Depth: 700mm. Make sure you have clearance around of at least 50mm for ventilation and for water connection at the rear. Regards Lou.
Hello, does this fridge Beko GNE 60520DX have a nice dispenser in the door? Or do you have to get the ice out of the freezer draw? Thank you
As I have said in my review, it dispenses only water from the door. The ice maker is accessed by opening the freezer door and getting the ice out by hand. It makes ice but internally into a holder. So if you want water with ice, you get the water out of the door then open the freezer drawer and use your hands to dig out the ice from the internal ice container.
