It comes with the package. If you're looking for a replacement, I wouldn't have a clue, but start with calling Bellini to see if they sell it separately.

where do you plug the charging jack into the 3.5 stick
There should be a hole in side of the top bit, where the motor is. The red part of the vacuum. I had trouble finding it as well. Hope it helps.
