Does this website really have bad online shipping service? Because I just ordered a fragrance called stronger with you intensely and it hasn’t came for a week despite it has said 5-10 buisness days. Should I contacted the store about this?
If there are so many of us that have not received our deliveries, we should go to there store an demand our products or a refund
They have ignored all correspondence where I requested the order be canceled and shipped it 5 weeks after I ordered it.
Can’t even get in contact with these people. Phone goes to voicemail and chat live doesn’t work. Worth the effort??
Totally your decision, I too had an issue contacting them. I called at 11am and was told to call later! All I know is they are not truthful with their prices which are extremely pricey! Good luck.
