Hi. I have a E:18 message and the end spin cycle does not take the water out of the clothes. The pump cover does not come out when I turn the cover 90 degrees anticlockwise and pull. Am i missing something? Adrian. [Content Removed]
There's something stuck in the pump filter. I had this happen. I just turned it until it eventually broke a little bit of plastic and freed what was named in it however it did not effect the function of the washing machine at all. It's a flawed design really. Also those no show socks can also get stuck in the pump hose and filter. Really small things can get through and jam things up. Used boiling water and ran it through on drain mode.

In wool mode, does machine uses liquid detergents or it uses only fabric conditioner
Hi l have often been using super quick 15/30 now suddenly it won't fill with water wondered if l have used too much washing powder this past two washes and it has blocked something. The mixed load wash l a am using now works perfectly.

We always used the super wash 30 cycle, however this will not fill with water now what is the issue

When selecting Super(Quick) 15/30 I used to be able to select 30 min, now it skips from 15 min to 1 hr. If I keep selecting, it keeps going up in 1 hr increments. What has happened to my 30 min cycle?

Hi, I have recently purchased this machine. I set it for a full cotton cycle at 40 degs which it says should take 3.07hours, then half an hour in it says it has under an hour to go and is done in under an hour and I am needing to wash them three times to get them clean as I did in a 3 hour wash in my electrolux. How do I make it wash for the set time? Thanks
Hi Annoyed, Thank you for your question. The Cotton program, at 40 degrees with a max load size of 10kg should go out to 3 hours. Please ensure the “Eco Perfect” is on. Without changing this setting the “Speed Perfect” button will light up by default and the program goes down to 1 hour, with the load size reverting back to to 5kg. Hello, I have had this machine for years not sure how long exactly with no issues! The rubber seal around the inside has deteriorated and it now leaks terribly, do you know where to find a replacement part? And how many kgs is this machine? 7.5? Thank you
yes this is a 7.5 kg. I think we must have had a bad one from the batch.... it's a shame but we won't buy Bosh again. Cheers

We had our machine for 6 weeks and this happened to our seal on a mixed wash! We were furious to find that seals aren’t included under warranty. A service technician came out and replaced the seal, only for the same thing to happen the first time I did a mixed wash. Bosch refuses to replace the machine when it’s clearly a fault. instead they sent another technician to replace the seal with a “greased one”. Now our mixed wash, which used to last 45 minutes, resets mid-cycle and lasts an hour and 20 minutes. I will never buy Bosch appliances again!

The stickers around the dial on my washing machine have almost completely faded/ wiped off. I cant see a spare part code for stickers or decals. Is this something I can order or do I have to replace the whole panel? Do the replacement panels have the writing on them as in the spare parts list its shown to be blank.

I have a brand new idos series 6 only installed in my home 2 days ago All the cycles are exceeding the original time displayed at the the start for example meant to be 1 hour 30minutes but lasts over 2hrs etc. Any ideas?

When I wash a wool jersey in my Bosch serie 4 using the wool cycle it comes out dripping wet WHY?
The wool program is similar to the delicate/silk program where it uses cold water and no/gentle spin cycle to simulate hand washing of your clothes to prevent shrinkage and damage. Generally when you use the faster spin cycle for other programs on a woollen jersey, it will result in creases. But at the same time, a slower spin cycle will not get as much water out hence your jersey is coming out dripping wet. Check the laundry label on your jersey to see what is the recommendation for the spin speed and wash temperature and select the wash program that is most suitable.

I have a Bosch 24160 purchased in 2014. In recent months the E18 error appears but not on every wash. I have cleaned the pump and checked the discharge hose as well as powered off, removed the power cord and switch back on for reset. Cleaned the pump and discharge hose several times again, but still getting the same error but not on every wash. Look forward to your comments. Thank you, Ray

I have a new WAW28460AU machine brought less than 3 moth ago. About 3-4 weeks ago, I noticed it started beeping, the control panel start re flashing once beeping happens, and remaining washing time start changing. For example, I set 1 hour washing cycle, it may take 2 hours to finish. Have anyone else experienced the problem? It is a German made mach and suppose to be high quality. I have to say I am disappointed!

I've Bosch classixx 1000rpm 6pm. The washing option shows super 15/30min. But i couldn't get to operate it for 30min.Could anyone please help me?
