Breville Nespresso Creatista Uno BNE500BKS Questions & Answers
VerifiedMPNs: 13627, 722226, BNE500BKS and BNE500BKS2JAN1I have a Creatista which has a problem where some of the coffee is leaking into the used capsule holder and not going into the cup. I image it is something to do with a seal or something. I would appreciate any information or suggestion on how to fix it.

I descried the machine, but the descale light is still on & I can't get the machine to work?
I haven't actually had any problems with descaling my machine so I can't help you with that one sorry. I've only had problems with the steam wand, which also shuts the machine down. And support is absolutely useless

The milk frother cleaning light comes on continually lately. had to clean the wand 3 times while trying to make a coffee. took the end section of the wand off, cleaned it, cleared the holes each time. Next day, same problem. My machine is just over 2 years old.
Had the exact problem, the issue is not with the wand but the temperature sensor (the design logic was probably that if it can't heat up properly, it means the wand is blocked and need cleaning, but they didn't think the censor might be bad). To make things even worse the more you clean the wand the machine would then ask you to discale more often. Nespresso *didn't* end up solving the problem for me and I got a different non-nespresso machine (obviously) which I'm very happy with.
Bottom line: don't get nespresso!
It’s due to a very fragile and fast failing pressure sensor on the main controller board, for detecting pressure change in frothing. That component has been discontinued, you either have to send it in for a change of the controller board, or a new coffee machine.
Just got the machine and curious. The coffee pods are staying in the machine until I pull the lever up to put in a new pod. Is it supposed to do this? As my last cheaper and older machine would spit the pod into the container after it was finished.
You have to manually remove it, it doesn’t spit it out once used.
Thanks Aimee, thought so, just wanted to make sure :)
Just purchased this coffee machine and was wondering if anyone else who owns one finds the strength of the coffee is less than their previous coffee machine. May just be our machine but I’m finding the coffee a lot weaker that before.
This is the only coffee machine I have ever owned and I have had no problems with it. I only use Nespresso coffee capsules and the strength of the coffee is according to which capsule I use.
We’ve always used the Nespresso capsules and previously had the DeLonghi machine, I just find the capsules I used before are a lot weaker strength in the Breville machine.
