I didn't have any issue like this. But, for your bub's safety, find the receipt or bank transaction showing the purchase and take the swing back to the shop. They need to replace it or fix it, because this problem sounds dangerous. Even if you don't have the receipt, you have consumer rights that you can use to make your point - external link

Hi Sarah, I'd recommend taking your product to the store you bought it at and show them what it's doing, they should be able to tell you if you can get a replacement or if you should contact the maker to ask for a replacement or a repair.

Hi Bikram, I haven't experienced anything similar, so far the swing has worked great for us. But you should be able to have your swing replaced by taking it to the store where you bought it along with its original box and your receipt (proof of purchase). Hopefully they'll either replace it or address you to the proper channels so you can get a replacement.

I had the same problem and was told it's just the batteries. I changed them with a repeatable brand and it still didn't work. Took it back to the store and they put in home brand cheap batteries. It worked for a few weeks and stopped again.

My advise is stock up on batteries.

Now my baby is 3 months they got flat faster.

Tracey - there is a single screw below the swing dial on the outside of the unit that has the buttons on it. It takes 4 C size batteries.
