bright starts hybridrive swing. When I pivot it, to turn to the rocket or swayer it’s not an easy turn. I almost have to force it. And then it clicks when it turns. Am I doing something wrong?

The swing suddenly stopped. I can't seem to find the contact for Bright Starts warranty department. Does anyone know if they'll fix it? Thanks!

Depends if you are within the warranty period and have your receipt etc. I def think how they handle your situation is review-worthy and would def indicate to me whether they are a company i would purchase future products from.

I think you need to contact the company you purchased the swing off. Sorry i dont have mine anymore to look it up.

thanks Dtotheeaisy. It's a gift so no receipt either... probably will cost too much to fix it. Very inconvenient... only had the swing for 5 months!

You can often pick up these swings second (or third or fourths!) hand fairly cheap. I'm not sure about a replacement part though sorry
