how do I descale this machine? I bought it in Salvos with no instructions!! LOVE the coffee from it, but the descaling light has come on!! I have tried the cleaning and have just got descaling solution on bottle it say refer to machine instructions!! Seriously!!

My husband just got me S20 as a surprise present recently, after reading all those reviews, should I return it and pay more for better machine since I have not used it yet. Welcome for your advice.
If it takes the cup sizes you like then it's an ok machine. It is slower than the Aldi ones to heat up and makes more noise, but the coffee it made was as good as any other budget machine. Nespresso ones are better than both this and the Aldi, but you pay for more for them and their coffee pods.
The cup size thing was the biggest issue for me though, otherwise I would probably have kept it.
Caffitaly makes better espresso than the other brands and the capsules are easy to find, less expensive. Try the S05 or S06 to upgrade.
