Caffitaly S24 Questions & Answers
I have a s24 machine. When I press the dispenser button (any of them) the machine appears to leak all the water and coffee out from underneath (or the side possibly). It has been suggested this a piston problem! Can I fix this or is it a workshop issue? Thanks

Anyone know why there is coffee granules coming out into my coffee?
Cafitali coffee machine water comes out but not coffee. Any suggestions
Do you have a Cafitaly 24 in stock ,ours has just broke after 3 years and would like to buy another one thank you .
Hello...if you like that brand try woolies as this is where you could purchase but I would not recommend the product as it's poor quality it will brake down unless it's improved over time
I am also currently a disgruntled user of the S24 model, having used a Caffitali machine about 10 years! Descaled it twice in the two weeks and again it’s burning the coffee and putting granules in my morning cup. Not happy!!! Bought this machine from my local Woolworths Store just ~12 months ago!
The lever on my My Caffitaly S24 coffee machine is stuck down how can I fix it please
It's tough and frequent issue... Sometimes waiting is what's needed and the pressure eventually releases...other time brute force and sometimes removing the water canister then shaking the aching upside down can help. Failing this my suggestion is get rid of it as its a flawed design and there are much better products on the market
If you do get it open... We found piercing the coffee capsuals helps prevent this issue which seems all to common.
We got a philips lore coffee machine that can do Nespresso pods and 2 coffees at once much better
Why does my machine lights keep blinking and dispense water?
Hi,
I just made a coffee & when I released the capsule the metal pin came out attached to the capsule. Bugger!
I bought my Caffitaly capsule machine from Woolworths, no longer have the receipt (all faded, paid cash so no credit card statement to show purchase). I have only use caffitalty capsules in the machine, descaled every 3 months.
Woolworths won't help me as they don't stock those machines anymore. I have about 7 boxes of unused capsules & want to know who can I contact to repair/ replace the machine. Woolworths & Big W have no info for me.
Thanks
Hi we had trouble with our Caffitaly too, Woolworths were totally fine with replacing it even with a different model of Caffitaly. We didn't have a receipt either but Caffitaly is the Woolworths machine so it should be no trouble. Advise them that Consumer Affairs says that you should be able to return for replacement, refund or repair.
Thanks Helen, I really appreciate your feedback & advice. Is that what you had to do? Notify Consumer Affairs? The Woolworths customer service manager was very nice but stood firm with their decision.
Can you use reusable coffee pods? lin

Can i use hot chocolate pods in this coffee machine?

Yes there are some hot chocolate pods available for this machine I think Moccona do one and it's really nice
Yes as the others said.
hi i used my boyfriends machine and had been pressing the tea function for coffee not knowing it was the tea function i thought it meant tall not tea but now the machine just beeps and flashes red i bought the cleaning solution but doesn't seem to work what do i do?
HI. The tea function just delivers hot water. external link This is the manual. It says if you use the tea function to make coffee it buggers it. So maybe it is stuffed. I would reset the whole thing. Also I have cleaned mine and the red light doesn't go away. Still works so I just ignore the red light.
