The Coroma Aura kitchen tap I have has a leak coming through the wall of the spout. That is a manufacturing fault, very poor quality. Can I get a free replacement spout?

Wanting to know if anyone else has had an issue with paint peeling off their black Caroma shower sets before I replace it with another Caroma black unit. This started 18 months after installing it and I've waited for it to get much worse before replacing. However I'm not confident it won't happen again so wondering if I should replace with another brand, preferably one that is not under the GWA banner.
Our urbane 11 black shower is starting to get paint chips only 16 months use not impressed
