Why was 2 amounts charged and only shows up as paying one? I did not opt to pay a second payment the same day as another one is due and yet it took it out my account therefore messing the contract i signed with them up.

Yes that's how they do it. It's the same for me too. If you are really concerned just phone them and speak to someone. They are very helpful

Cash is usually transferred by the next day .If not just give the friendly staff call and they will fix it up on the spot .Great company I love it :)
I have the same issue. The commonwealth bank outage is the cause of the delay. Still waiting on my transfer as well and I was approved at 1pm Thursday
