Why do celebrity cruises charge the same fees for a single and couple on their ships, ? Other companies discount for solo travellers who do not eat or drink for Two?

Wheelchair balcony rooms, can three occupy the one cabin as i noted last trip we also had a trundle bed. and if I have two carers it gives them time off? Please advise. thanking you Barbara
