No they will not ive been scammed by them with the interest and never got a cent back but they do clear your debt for it

Do not get a loan from them - scammers

They are scammers they will still be charging you weekly account fees, probably change of payment fees, late fees and default fees coz they are scammers. Quick to loan money to low income families and unemployed money when it's needed then charge astronomical amounts to continue keep us down and struggling for money. Have a look they were just done recently by ASIC and lost in supreme court for practicing without a business licence. Ripping off thousands of people... keep threatening to take people to court and continue charging so people can never get back in front. If they were any normal business they would stop adding more money to the bills and say hey this is what's owed won't charge you anymore and actually let you pay it off. Noone is going to be able to get back in front unless they can afford to pay lump sum up front that way

Cigno loans are supposed to provide you with a contract for you to sign before the money is released in to your bank account. If they did not do that then I would be contacting your bank and have a conversation with them because they can place a partial block on your account to stop a possible hack.

I would suggest caution particularly when you don't know how much you owe on your loan. If there is a link with the text I wouldn't touch it because it may be a scam. Any possible changes should be done formally with documentation and a text message doesn't do that. Send them a email requesting documentation and a balance of your loan otherwise approach a organisation that deals with situation like yours.

Thank you they have also sent an email asking me to credit the new account but no information on what my loan balance is, and since I can’t access the website I have no idea how much I owe..

Tell them what they're doing is illegal and you require an change in your contract in an official document not over sms/email. They finalised my account like a day after I said that lol.

No It isn’t working properly I haven’t been able to access it for weeks now

Cigno loans can not do a class action lawsuit against you however they may have meant debt collector I don't know. There appears to be something happening with cigno loans because their website is now saying that they can not help financially anymore. To me they're not accepting new customers and possibly trying to recoup money from existing customers before closing down.

I got a email today saying that they will do a urgent action against me if I don’t make a payment I did email them back to say I would pay $10 fortnightly but I haven’t got a reply back

I am paying off a loan I got $250 and the fee to pay it off has gone up to $800 and I only missed a few payments

If you are late with repayments they will hit you with fees high fees my first loan I got with them I was always late because it was set on my off pay week by mistake and my repayments were always late and I kept getting Dishonore fees I had to repay $1300 back

So you paid them all back in full? I have been making repayments but they never updated it it was 700 over a month ago i sigbed it yesterday was still the same

How long ago did you take the loan out and have you been paying it for a long time or did you pay it in full

All that I can suggest is to contact cigno loans through their email support section and try to negotiate the payment that works for you but you need to do so a minimum of 24hrs. Unfortunately you may not receive the response that you need. You will probably need to make a complaint against cigno loans through the relevant consumer group. This is happening to a lot of people and it is shameful. Something appears to be happening and it is not helpful for those who are stressed to the max.

Hi cigno Portal was down for a few days I've just tried it now seems to be working now if you still can't get into it try clearing cookies or clearing catch or you can also send them a email to let them know your having issues getting onto the portal aperently they have been doing maintenance on the Portal site and that's why it's been offline and not working hope this helps

I still can't get in to my members portal.

I did not know they shut down wounder what's going to happen to my current loan with them I do know you can still access the Portal and make changes to the repayments

I did a lot of research regarding whether cigno loans has shut down. No evidence of cigno shuting down stated anywhere including reputable organisations. Not sure where it is coming from. Possibly it is going to occur however it has not come up during research.
