Cold Power Advanced Liquid Questions & Answers
I have used cold power for years but the new formula has stained two of my golf tops - grey marks around the neck and underarms - and they are completely ruined and unwearable. They are both new tops on only worn a couple of times. Any explanation or solution to rectify this??
You have to be kidding Cold Power is the worst product ever it makes me phsically sick. Please dont bother me again with these ridiculous questions. The feedback should have gone back to coldpower but as usual it goes nowhere and wastes my time.
My answer would be to get in touch with the company in Germany who changed this product. Henkel or some such company. I returned 3 full containers of this product to my local Coles yesterday and they gave me a full refund. If everyone complained to the company and let their supermarkets know then the problem might get solved. No use just putting it on these review sites. It goes no where. I managed to get three bottles of the old formula yesterday from local Reject shop and no problems at all. I think you will find that most of these liquid detergents will be the same soon as they are all getting the phosphate taken out of them. Sorry about your shirts.
Yeah - I agree with you - I'm not a fan of the new formula as it just looks more runny though, it still does the job I suppose I think the cleaning company may have bought it out or trying to save on distribution costs
I would recommend following the previous answers advice
Cold power sucks now so I switched to omo clothes washing liquid now and now I'm using the omo range - thumbs up to omo and thumbs down to new Henkel range which includes cold power
Hi I need to talk with head office regarding this new cold powder liquid can you please send me the email address so i can send them my views?
I rang the number on the bottle and complained but they need many more people to do the same thing. My next step is to contact the supermarkets who ae selling this rubbish.
This liquid bottle needs to be sealed. When I bought this bottle I put that in my car boot and when I came home the whole bottle was drained in my car and the smell was so disgusting even it's really hard to wash the car. I need to changed the car carpet and also the board underneath the carpet.
I just switched to omo and won't bother wasting my time or money on the new cold power or to complain
Yeah - I also agree with the other answer - the supermarkets shouldn't be selling cold power or it's sister detergent - dumb an namo ( dynamo ) The supermarkets should wake up to themselves are stop fooling the consumers.
US customers deserve better .
If Henkel has any common sense - they will re production the old school formula and re design the containers
can I use this in hot water? Just asking
No - no washing detergent should be used in hot water however, you could try using cold power in warm water with the clothes - even though, it was designed for cold water it should still work I suppose
Are Cold Power still making the 4 litre bottles as I have been unable to buy that size for the past couple of months ?
Hi Maxine, Cold Power in a 4ltr container continues to be available through selected retailers. If you give our Consumer Information a call between 7am & 5pm AEST, we should be able help you locate this size in your area.
I bought a cold power 4 litre capacity refill container from Woolworths fairy meadow a few days ago
The new cold power formula sucks so I tipped the bottles into the toilet and into the tub and now buy radiant or omo clothes washing detergents
Update : radiant powder is better than the liquid - the liquid smells and doesn't do the job like it used to - radiant black wash is an exception
Why aren't the 4 litre bottles of Cold Power available anymore ??

I bought a 4 litre capacity container refill from Woolworths fairy meadow a few days ago so I dare say Woolworths supermarkets would sell them in other Woolworths supermarkets locations as well
The new cold power formula sucks so I tipped the container liquid into the tub and changed brands
