What does it mean when the machine is asking to ventilate?
Where the water tank joins to the body of the coffee machine leaks really badly. I want to send it back to manufacturer but book does not have details

I can't work out how to fill the water tank! What's the secret?
It's easy , just grip the top if the plastic water jug and pull downwards. The jug will then unclog from the inlet valve.
I'm thinking there must be some trick to it!? I literally had to yank mine out of the console, and even then couldn't figure it out. It clicks in fine enough! If anyone else figures it out, let us know!

Yes , you need to wash the water jug inside with warm soapy water. Rinse with clean water and allow to dry thoroughly for 2 days.
OK so...I know how silly this sounds, but neither my husband nor I can see how to get the top off to add the water....errr can you help please??
You pull the clear plastic water container out. It takes a bit do work but gets easier as you use it
