What is the difference between the genio and genio 2 machine?
Do you have to pull a lever for the water to come out and then wait until the cup is how you want it and then push it back? Or is it automatic and you can press a button for the amount of water you want and it stops automatically?
You push a button for a long or short black or coffee with milk.
Can milk be used in the water tank?
No, the water tank is for water only. If you want to heat milk separately then this isn't the machine for you.
Out water holder started to leak how can I replace that?
I had a similar problem from a leaking seam at the bottom of the water tank. Fortunately it was still under warranty so I took it back to the retailer (Harvey Norman) where an obliging assistant simply replaced it from a new one in stock. If yours is out of warranty try the DeLongi Nescafe Dulce Gusto Genio website which I have also found very helpful.

You can only use Delonghi Capsules, & they don't come on special very often..But you can purchase them at heaps of places
How much is the cost of a packet of 10 coffee pods?
You can purchase them at Coles, Woolies, Target ,BigW ,IGA, and there all the same price $8.49, but they do come on special 2 packs for $13.00. Big W have them on more than the other shops but the coffee if great. There is also tea & hot chocolate.
Can the dolce gusto capsules be used with Nespresso lattissima machine?
No it carn"t, you can only use the DeLonghi Nescafe Dolce brand plus there is so many capsules to choose
you wont need to use any other brands...I Love my machine

You can only use Nescafé Dolce Gusto pods in the Gusto Genio. No other brand pods will fit it, so you have a very narrow choice of drinks. Have a look here: external link

The short answer is NO. The pods are a different size. The common flavours are available in most supermarkets but the less common are only available on line. The Iced coffe is yummy

Unfortunately no, they use different pods to Nespresso.
