On top of my complaint, I keep getting Postmaster/Nespresso fail messages each time. Old John.
I purchased a Delonghi Vertuo Pop from Hervey Norman 01 July 2024 which failed same day, returned unit back, was swapped for another, upon opening box, unit was upside down so returned for one factory sealed! Worked well, we average 2 or 3 capsules a day, then "bang" no power in house! Unit returned to Nespresso 23 Aug 2024, article; 33WML5034015010006500806, received into SIRCEL Recycling Pty Ltd 27 Aug 2024. Cannot get any sense out of Nespresso or "their" contact set up! At 78 I feel we have lost the customer relations of old! Do they sit there laughing at our questions? I don't blame Harvey Norman for the failure , just that they did not segregate returns. We have about 78 capsules here losing shelf life!! Old John.
