My blanket is not working anymore and I have only had it for 1 month
Good afternoon, Sean thank you for reaching out to us. Is it the whole blanket not working or just one side? It could be a faulty controller if one side. Otherwise, this blanket comes with a replacement warranty so you may take it back to the store of purchase for a replacement or refund. If it is a faulty controller, we can send you a new one (if in stock) Please let me know if you require a new controller and I can arrange for a new one to be sent to you direct. I will need your email address to be able to assist you further Kind regards Glen Dimplex

Can anyone tell me if you can feel/see the heating wires or is the cover plush enough to hide the wiring?
Hi Kat, thank you for your question. You can't see the wiring as it is fine but you may feel them slightly. Thanks
One of my controllers doesn’t heat the blanket. It keeps flashing 3F3F3F3F. I’ve swapped the controllers around bet regardless of the side it keep displaying the same and does not heat the bed. Am I doing something wrong or do I need to exchange. Only bought it today.
Hi Brenda, I'm sorry to hear of this. I will reach out to you directly to get some additional information. Thanks
DHDEPQ queen electric. I can't figure out how to unplug the controller. It says to hold the corner of the blanket and pull the controller plug out. No can do. If I kept going I'd rip the unit off the blanket. One picture in the manual would solve the problem. Anyone?
Hi ,Maybe the connection is tight. You can keep the the blanket end fixed, and pull out the cord end while shaking it from side to side, so as to pull out the connecting part, which may take some effort.
HI Sun k, I rang the Dimplex help line and they told me to hold the plug real tight and pull it out of the socket. Their manual is incorrect. It says to hold the blanket corner, which would result in tearing. So you are right, thanks.
Can you please tell me where the sockets are attached on the blanket?
Hi Gaby, The sockets for the controls/ power are located close to the head/ top of the blanket on both the right and left hand side to ensure easy access. Thanks
