Our freezer takes ages to produce ice and all day to make ice in other trays. The temperature is set at the lowest -23
The light on our water/ ice dispenser has stopped working, I figure it’s the bulb but can not find where I access it to work out how to remove it for replacement
Our water dispenser was pulled out instead of pushed in by a friend. Is there anyway of simply restoring it to its correct position?
Have purchased this fridge 6 months ago and I just changed the water filter but noticed the red light indicating to change filter is not turning off after I changed it correctly also a problem with the frosting in the freezer it has a lot of ice on the outside of the freezer drawers what can be the problem
You have to manually reset the indicator lights on the panel (just hold for a few seconds), it doesn't just automatically change when the filter gets replaced. Mine used to have the ice in the freezer as well from time to time. Never really figured out what caused it, it just came and went occasionally so I figured maybe the drawer might have had a tiny airgap depending on how it was shut or something...
Thank you so much for that it was very helpful I did it and it worked as for the ice it's starting to get a bit better with the ice melting away I'd love to know why it did this is there any reason for this to happen
Just bought the 524ltr french door fridge and we love it but only one problem is that the water from the dispenser is cold but not too cold is there a way we can make it colder
I expect the water is chilled to the same temperature as the refrigerator compartment, so you could turn down the fridge temperature but I wouldn't go below 2°C. Otherwise I think you would need to add a few ice cubes.

Same as mine! I came home and my freezer has frozen from the water spillage of the ice. What did you end up doing?

Have loved this fridge. Have had it maybe 12-24 months. The freezer draw has stopped sliding well, on & off for about 6 months, and now won’t seal properly. Anyone else?!!! (Also lesser issue but anyone found easy access to water filter replacements?) TIA. cheers kiera
How often does this fridge produce ice? We connected the fridge last night, ice feature is on but has not quite filled the bottom layer of the tray. I would have expected more ice within 24hours
My icemaker has slowed down and eventually stopped producing ice. I have turned it on and off at the internal ice control but it is still not working. Please help with any other trouble shooting before i have to schedule a service call.

Mine has not stopped, but the 'switch' is not reliable (and never really has been). Sometimes I have to press the 'tongue' on different angles to make it trigger. If you are still in the warranty period, I strongly recommend getting it fixed, as it will be an ongoing problem (as are many things with this poorly built fridge)
Our fridge is just not cold enough. We have reduced the fridge setting to 1 however it is still not cold enough. This fridge has already been replaced once. Does anyone have any suggestions?

where is it made?
We have had our fridge for almost 2 years and we are very happy with it overall. The one problem that has been very frustrating is that the stainless steel doors are showing more and more dents that are not a result of rough use....we are two seniors...no children. Many of them actually follow the outline of the internal door shelves and really spoil the look of the fridge. They just seem to appear over time starting soon after we bought it and due to the position of the fridge in the kitchen every single one stands out. It looks like the fridge doors have been under pressure. It makes me question the quality of the stainless steel used!! What could be the cause of this deterioration and has anyone else had this problem. Also what can be done about it? We take pride in our home and this really is frustrating....the new fridge was part of a kitchen make over!!!!

Does the water dispense cold fridge water or just cool water?
To the best of my knowledge the water intake runs thru the cabinet and gets cooled. Its cool drinkable water, same temp like you get from a water cooler/bubbler. However it will not be as cold, if you were to put a water bottle in the fridge overnight.
