Hi, we have an Electrolux AC & Heat Pump model ESD12HRA and while on heat pump it blows cool air every so often. We set the thermostat at 20°C and it seems that when it reaches that temp instead of turning off, it blows cool air in. Can you help us? Is this normal behavior or is there something wrong with the unit or its setup?

I have recently moved into a new house, where in one of the bedrooms has a Electrolux air conditioner. model ESD09HRB (PNC - 950001065 ML and Serial No. - 73800133) and there is no remote. The unit can not be turned on manually. The owner of the house has bought and tried an electrolux universal remote, which did not work. Is it possible to buy a replacement model for this particular unit. Other option is to have the whole unit replaced, which seems like a total waste of money.
