Hi Bernard, Thank you for reaching us! The EuroGrille Outdoor BBQ 5 Burner is meant to be used with standard 9kg gas bottles (LPG) only. This wasn't designed for natural gas. You can find more information here: external link

I think there should be clear advice on the selling blip that it is specifically designed for gas bottles and not natural gas. It is disappointing that I am now stuck with a natural gas connector but have to buy bottled gas which is expensive and inconvenient. This is such a key fact that should not be omitted. Even your own staff initially told me that I could just buy an accessory and it will connect to my natural gas.

So its false advertising if the price advertised now is a few years old the cheapest is around $2300 not $1349 big difference SCAM

Keep in mind, these are the exact same BBQ as the much more expensive Gasmate etc. Do your own research (Aussie BBQ forum is good for that) and you'll find the Australian gas certificate is the same for a whole series of BBQs like this...

Now, as for it rusting, yes, ours developed "surface" rust spots which cleaned off with alfoil and water (yes, alfoil... Look it up, it's a good cleaning trick). TBH, the rust was due to a prolonged period of it being uncovered and left exposed and very dirty.

If it's looked after with cover on and regular (every month or so) wipe down with Stainless Steel cleaner there is no rust.
