The Cube360 has a roasting hood, whereas the Cube contains a chopping board and plastic storage tray.
The Cube360 also includes a 3pc utensil kit containing a spatula, tongs and BBQ brush.
The base of the Cube and Cube360 is identical.

Hi We have had an Everdure cube for a number of years To date we have only used recycled charcoal from our wood fired Pizza oven and have had no problems Last night we used Blumenthal charcoal to the same amount as shown in the instruction video The result was extreme heat through the bottom of the bbq to the extent it actually burned and destroyed the plywood base it was sitting on. We have used the same board many times in the past with only a slight discolouring. Also the paint blistered on the base plate Can you advise if there is a solution please Ian

The company that supply Everdure contacted me very promptly the next morning They asked for photos to confirm my situation After a short consideration they offered to replace my Everdure Cube as a goodwill gesture The replacement is now on its way They have also supplied me with a detailed usage guide which I will obviously follow very closely I cannot speak highly enough of the company and their timely response, Ian h

No. The lid is in two parts: a plastic storage unit, and a bamboo laminate lid. Neither would stand being exposed to direct heat. In a pinch, you could invert a disposable aluminium baking tray?
The unit does not have a lid that works like a 'kettle' bbq, as dwscott77 said, I thought a square baking tin as a lid (to cook with), it does not work with the clips though.
Thanks this was more to cover once you finish cooking but while the coals are still cooling is it safe to put the lid on or should the lid stay off until coals are fully cooled?

Hi guys, how do you know what bench tops will withstand the heat of the everdure? If I was to get a piece of timber would that suffice? I used my cube on grass (I wasn't aware I couldnt) and it left a big black square of black burned grass. Just worried about which tables etc are okay to use it on?
Good afternoon Nicole, thanks for your enquiry, it is recommended that the surface be able to withstand 80 degrees plus the ambient temperature eg. if weather is 20 degrees surface must be able to handle 100 degrees. if we can assist you further please give us a call on 1300 739 033. How much smoke does this produce. I don't want to smoke out my neighbours balcony

Has anyone else had trouble with the Tan pvc straps peeling on their Everdure Cube bag, Everdure asked for photos which I supplied to no avail, surely a $150 bag should last longer. Looks like no warranty for this happening.

Can the chromed open grill in the Cube go in the dishwasher?

Can you use the cube inside with the right coal?
Not recommended, although the cube is small the charcoal will still produce smoke and fat flare-ups during cooking. DD

The charcoal will produce smoke, therefore the CUBE is an outdoor grilling product that should be used on an outdoor table made to withstand 80°C above ambient temperature.

I love this bbq but the inside of mine is orange I can’t for the life of me get it clean once I cook on it :/ just have horrible black stains everywhere help!
All I use is gumption and a green scouring pad. Comes up like new. I also line the tray and sides with foil each use.
Can you smoke meat, chicken and fish in the cube?
Hi Berry, the CUBE is for direct grilling over charcoal. The lid splits into a food grade storage container and serving board, it is not a hood to use during cooking to 'smoke' food. However, by cooking over charcoal your food will have a smoky flavour.

Is there a lid accessory that can be purchased for the cube? Used ours for the first time yesterday and had th most delicious tender meat, however used an oven tray to form a lid on the top
Hi Kylie, I asked this question from the sales person and their response was it was not designed to remain enclosed and you could damage the unit if you put a lid on it. Especially one that doesn't allow the fire to breathe as it will obviously extinguish it with little to no air. However it sounds like you got away with it so maybe this is where practice rules over manufacturer's recommendations.
Hi Kylie, As the CUBE is a charcoal BBQ, it's been designed for open grills to allow ventilation, as well as smoke to escape. We wouldn't recommend enclosing the whole area, however you can use a small pan or pot if you needed a hotplate surface, as long as it leaves the majority of the grill open. If you use this method, please ensure the small pots/pans are safe for open fire cooking, for eg cast iron.
We also have many exciting accessories in development, keep an eye out for new releases that will be able to be used with the CUBE.

We’ve had 2 Fusions now and both keep shorting out our circuit board on the house, we’ve tried different switches on separate circuits but same issue. Any help?

If we place the cube on a plastic table will the table melt ?
Do we need to place a piece of fibre cement sheet under the cube for safety?
Hi Caz, we recommend checking the specs of the outdoor table as the CUBE BBQ can be placed on any surface that can withstand to 80°C above ambient temperature.
