Why does my machine vibrate so much on spin ?
I would ask that it's unbalanced on the ground, check the legs make sure they are not uneven. The only other reason is an overloaded machine
Not overloaded, Imwill check adjustment of legs, it’s just so heavy to move.
My washer keeps telling me to "clean filter" Filter has been cleaned about 50 times now and fault is still coming up? Any ideas??

Haier 7.5kg Front Load Washing Machine HWF75AW2 - purchased through Appliances Online and had them install the machine in November 2022. Water is leaking from underneath the machine and does not appear to be the inlet or outlet hoses as they are dry. The leak only appears to be small but is enough to make the tiles slippery. Will this be repaired under warranty and who do I call? We are on the Gold Coast.

It was suggested that I may be using too much laundry detergent. Should the service man determine that the leak is from my usage error then I will be charged for the call-out. So far I have not proceeded further but have reduced the amount of detergent that I use. Not sure it has made any difference. Since posting my question the machine has been used once on the 15 minute cycle. If water leaked it wasn’t enough to leak out from under the machine.
Is there anyway to find out what all the settings mean? The manual doesn’t give much.
I'm looking at buying one of these, can someone please tell me if it has an end of cycle audible tone, i've read a lot of people saying it only comes up saying end on the display but not audible tone?
I haven't heard it making any sounds but you could always put a timer alarm on your Google nest hub for the cycle time
Yes it beeps. Please read reviews before buying. We've had no end of trouble with ours and now have an electrolux. Good luck
Hi, My machine flases lock signal in screen, is spins and pauses but coulnt stop . what should be the possible solution
Product says it has child lock. Does that mean you just cannot open the door or does it deactivate all buttons as well? Toddler is obsessed with pressing buttons and may be responsible for our need to replace the current one.

We have the HWF75AW2 7.5kg front loader, purchased new in 30th Nov 2019. Our machine has started not spinning properly (we are using the same program we have used many times). Also today my husband put a load of washing on, some hours later.. I went to hang it out. I opened the door & water poured out. The machine seemed to be on pause, which was not how my husband set it & it allowed me to open the door. We are wondering if there might be a circuit board/programing fault?
What country makes this machine?
