Hi Colinna, If could be fluid retention as your body balances its hormones. HH does not cause weight gain however it could be the fluid. We suggest happy greens and/or happy liver as support supplements to help clear the hormones from your system and this should resolve.

Hi Sarah. Rather than increasing the dose it may be better to look at your stress levels and/or diet and lifestyle. Also adding happy greens and happy liver can just support your hormone metabolism.

Hi Deejay, I am taking the Happy Hormones capsules, two every morning and found within the first week the hot flushes and headaches reduced and have all but disappeared. There is also a weight loss supplement and shake available I am going to test run. I also increased my walking, water intake and lowered my carbs.

Hi Shenay, I have been taking Happy Hormones for a few months now and I felt the difference within the first few days. My hot flushes are few and far between, I sleep well and my mood swings are heaps better. No weight gain whatsoever.

Hi Shenay, I’ve only been on Happy Hormones capsules for 2 months, but they have reduced my night sweats quite noticeably , which in turn stops me waking up that often through the night. I still have nights of insomnia, but when I do finally manage to fall asleep, I sleep right through. i also take Happy Turmeric and Happy Calm , so I can’t say for definite which one of these is helping with the sleep. As for weight gain, haven’t noticed any so far. Hope this helps.

It’s probably best if you do their online assessment , which based on your individual symptoms, gives you an indication of which product to take and the correct dosage. They have a really good team of nutritionists, who can help with any questions. I take the capsules once in the morning and then also at night. As per my symptoms I take 4 caps per day. I did the online assessment , and before starting, used their online chat ( through their website Happy Healthy You) , reconfirmed the dosage I should be taking with their nutritionist , when to take , with food etc. Please, definitely contact them, they are very helpful. Hi Margaret, have you done the online questionnaire? It helps you workout where things are out of whack. I had bloating so that’s why I also bought the Turmeric as well as the tablets. I added the liver detox later. If you do the questionnaire it explains what you need and why. They have a lot of good information for you to refer to.
