I am trying to change my heller table water filter with brand new replacement filter,but my water is literally full of black particles, I don't think there's any left in the filter.I have had this for over a year and have changed filters every two months never ever have I experienced this?? Yes in the past I have had bit of like blue/ black water,but never like this all of the particles in the filter are coming out. Is the replacement filter faulty??
My water cooler isn’t chilling. I was told to turn it off and unplug it for 24 hrs and that will fix it. I’ve done it 3 times now and it still won’t chill. What else can I do?
I'm sorry Michelle but I am an owner, such as yourself, of one of the Heller water filters and cant offer any advice. You need to contact Heller direct.

Make sure you soak the new filter under water for 20 min. Give it a good shake also make sure the o ring is on properly
HI - my Heller WF leaks water onto the benchtop. This is the second one i have owned that has the same problem. I Must be doing something wrong any ideas?
Money did too, I just made sure the lip under the tap is forward not slightly back, that makes it leak
Hi. Watercooler great but will not turn off when water is cooled. Red light working but just keeps on working. Will not stop unless power turned off. No blue light. Help !!!!!
Suggest you contact their service department to answer that one. I am an owner and have not experienced that problem.

Can you have room temperature water as well as cool on the wfc5 unit.
It is meant to have a cold function and a room temperature water. In my expirience the unit cold setting was almost the same temp as the room temperature. It barely made it cold. In my opinion it was a complete waste of money.

Purchased our water filter and cooler about 14 months ago on Ebay. It has worked brilliantly and very happy with it until the red light came on and noticed the cooler was running quite hot so turned off. Have had weeks of temperatures in the high 30s and low to mid 40,s. Would these temperatures have had an adverse effect do you think?

Take the white plastic lid off. Pull the filter canister out. Put both hands on either side of the water tank and lift it up.
I have one of these, i turn it on and it cools for about 10 secs then the red light turns blue and tge motor turns off but water is still room temp, anyone know what the problem is?

I've previously purchased replacement filters from K Mart and also on Ebay. K Mart is around $19 for a pack of 3.

How cold does it get the water does anyone know? Some others say between 8c and 12c which isn't cool enough.
Well I've not measured the temperature but it's certainly cold enough for me.

Has anyone had one for over 18 months? Is it still working?
Mine is still working.
Ours is still working after four years although its making some intermittent humming noises only recently, that being the only symptom however this may be the beginning of the end. If so, we cannot fault this brand of water cooler. It has reliably worked for a large family of water drinkers and get great value out of each filter.
