freezer freezes food then defrosts if you turn off at power point it will freeze again then defrost again

I have HR6CDFF512GW model and the RHS fridge door does not close properly . It seems like the plastic guide at the bottom of the RHS door (white plastic guide lock) does not shut the door fully . Also, I unscrewed the panel inside the fridge and the wiring behind the panel was frozen solid. The fridge does not get cold at all.

6 months out of warranty and our door alarm keeps going off when the doors are all firmly closed. I have to keep turning off the fridge for 5 minutes to reset. What might the problem be please?
the fridge compartment is not cooling down, how do i clean the coils please ? it's about 8 years old

The alarm won’t turn off. Have checked all doors are closed properly rubber seal on all doors seems intact no issues. Have turned off for 5 mins as suggested. Changed power sockets. Still keeps beeping.

Getting a code Er F1. The fridge is only 4 months old . The freezer works but the fridge is not getting cold. What could this be?
Hi the fridge is showing a F2 error. I pulled the back panel inside and was very iced up. There appears to be two answers to the F2 code on this site, bad fan or defrost sensor. Can you please tell which one or both and where would I get the parts. The fridge is about 4 yrs old so I assume out of warranty. Thank you
Sadly Peter Hisense will be unable to provide you with the right parts. Our experience with the refrigerator (which has now been replaced under warranty) was that it suddenly became too warm in the right freezer door. They sent our a repairman who came armed with a heap of parts which did not help at all. It seems that they don't even know what a problem is so send all the parts they think of. The result for us was no rectification of our problem. I suggest you contact Consumer Affairs as, even though your fridge is our of warranty, I think I've heard that a product should be "fit for purpose" under Australian consumer laws and four years old it hardly a suitable time frame.
My hisence fridge same model..the fan wire had broke..got it rejoined works fine..but had to take off back panel and defrost it was ice up..i brought it 2015
Just received our Hinese French door with inside water dispenser. The water comes out very slow & i dont get much ice at any one time. Any help?
Can both lower door compartments/sections be used as freezers?
Yes. But remember that what you store in the freezer is limited to the width of the compartment. We had problem storing stuff we bought from Costco because everything was bulky. I would never buy a Hisense Fridge again after the level of customer support I received. I'm lucky Harvey Norman stepped in (under warranty) and replaced mine with a Westinghouse.

I have had my hisense 4 door now for a little over 5 years and never had any problems whatsoever, until now. In fact most new visitors to my hime always make comment On what a lovely looking fridge it is. I did recently move house and since then every few days I find a water puddle coming out from under the fridge. Any ideas what could be wrong?
I am having the same issue, haven't had any problems for past 5 years but now i get water leaking..
